Re: Undervalued Undervalued? Please enlighten us with the valuation model you've used ?I've backed around 70 start-up as an angel. This acts just like one.My valuation £1- 3 million.I'll leave you to divide that by the number of shares in issue.Saying all that, I'll b checking the new product out this afternoon.- another wearable in an already crowded market deserves to be checked out, after all Fitbit, Withers, Jawbone isn't enough is it?Wonderfully optimisticDL- even value investors need a little excitement, but didn't siomeway say if your doing it right it ain't exciting? Hahaha

Re: Undervalued barno99,You wrote:"New name, and product about to be launched."But what does "launched" mean? I refer you to this RNS from 6th Jan 2016:"First Product Launch"[link] With the benefit of hindsight we now know that that RNS was a total fabrication and no product was actually launched. So they've lied once, how do we know that they're not lying again?warmest regards,JakNife

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... well L1 will be pleased with the result - must think UK investors are mugs! Still think the NOMAD will resign. What the CEO is doing behind the scene to promote this farce is ridiculous. Is this stock suitable to be trading on AiM? Of course not.

Re: Undervalued should settle around 20 but a good buying oppertunityim

Undervalued New name, and product about to be launched.A fair punt as any relevant product would vastly enhance the share price..20p seems fair to me .

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... At the end of the day it is the directors of the Company who take full responsibility for keeping the Nomad in the picture. The Nomad will have been caught between a rock and a hard place with AIM demanding they get a grip on the situation and the Company's board of directors seemingly inadequate to comply with their responsibilities under the AIM Rules and Market Abuse Regulations. It would be counter-productive for Cairn to resign tomorrow as the chances of Cloudtag finding another Nomad within a month are fairly slim and that would inflict unnecessary suffering on shareholders. I'd expect the non-exec Dr Bereika to discover his diary is too full of other business commitments for 2017 and to step down fairly shortly. My guess is the NOMAD will be insisting on two new UK-based non-execs with experience of AIM regulation. A sorry tale but fascinating nonetheless.

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Fair point about Cairn about bring the market up to speed, but it has hardly been proactive. It has allowed some very serious breaches to occur. Personally, I think it will resign, but to do so tomorrow, would just add to the carnage. Companies that lie, generally carry on lying - why would Cairn want to be part of it. Simply not worth the fee. Hopefully, even the most harden investor will see the writing on the wall and will use this time to exit before it is de-listed IMHO

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Well full marks to Cairn the Nomad for doing what they had to do to bring shareholders up to date with everything that has been happening. It can't have been easy just working out how many shares are due to be issued, warrants outstanding etc. Cairn have really earned their retainer!Anyway it seems that the company has no firm orders, is launching its new product name tomorrow, has a few samples for display at the show next month and is facing the future with optimism.I can't see the shares opening at the 12p level on that basis. If I held any I'd be joining the queue first thing tomorrow morning to exit.

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Most fascinating set up.May be "set up" is the right word. I dont have any skin in this game, but it's interesting watching the machinations. - and damn, that again sounded like I think there's evil going on.Either way, enjoying the ride, but pleased it's not my money riding on it - I always try to avoid the type of shares that elicit the "messiah" complex mindset. Fun reading the twitter feeds and posts at LSE though.I'll be checking in Friday afternoon to see how much common ground it's shared with QPP.If it's tradig on Monday, expect volatility with a capital V!DL

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Interesting Meanbugger. One could come to the conclusion the management by its actions is creating the volatility. But when is the line crossed between market abuse committed for a purpose or just plain stupidity. To be stupid once hmm, to be stupid repeatedly....

Meanbugger 14 Dec 2016

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Cloudtag on the face of it is not complying with the Market Abuse Regulations which came into force in July 2016. To quote 'Certain types of behaviour, such as insider dealing and market manipulation, can amount to market abuse. Firms must have safeguards in place to identify and reduce the risk of market abuse and other financial crime.' The Countdown clock itself is indicating that there is price-sensitive information about to be released. Under the new rules the Company has to justify why this information is not immediately being released to the market. AIM will be considering if CTAG is still suitable for AIM listing given the extreme volatility in its shares and the difficulties it seems to be having in explaining that volatility to the market.

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... Meanbugger. As you say the NOMAD is in a difficult, if not, impossible position. If, during the presumed verification process currently underway, comes back with any doubts, how can it continue? Odd the suspension didn't give a reason, usually Rule 1 etc, thus an investigation IMHO

Thecheggy 13 Dec 2016

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... I agree, spank... It's very exciting. So pleased I'm locked in. Can't wait for Friday / Monday.

Meanbugger 12 Dec 2016

Re: Blood red countdown now ..... The curious thing for me is why the shares have been suspended. Clearly it was not pending the result of the EGM. The timing at 3.26pm and bald statement suggests to me that this has come from the AIM regulation people. I think this was a three strikes and you're out situation. The Company had put out two 'Movement in Share Price' announcements yet the volatility continued and therefore I think the AIM boys will have concluded that there was not an orderly market therefore they could not allow trading to continue. My feeling is that AIM will be putting pressure on Cairn the Nomad to provide a comprehensive update on the Company's financial and trading position before allowing trading to resume. Cairn are going to have to work hard to convince AIM that they are able to carry out their duties as Nomad. It doesn't help that CTAG is Cayman Islands registered with the lack of transparency that brings.Maybe in the morning we will see a holding statement explaining the suspension and giving an indication of when it may be lifted. Who knows.

Blood red countdown now ..... Our non-stop stock promoters at Cloudtag have been busy and have changed the background colour to look more like a road accident - more moody. The wording has changed, but it looks like we are no longer getting a product, but and image. Thought we had been there done that before. Oh and some spec and a name to go with it. The spec details will be useful , as we will be able to tell it apart from the zillon of others out their.Meanwhile L1 has so much confidence in the product, it is dumping shares as fast as it can and so will I. Well done AiM panel and its useless NOMAD. You are doing your job well -filling L1's pockets, at the expense of joe publics
