No Revenue! I do not hold and have no interest in the shares but investors need to ask themselves about the VALUE of the shares at the current share price and what are the future prospects.Currently there is no revenue and no product for sale, therefore how can you attribute value to CTAG? Story stocks and “jam tomorrow” stocks are best avoided imho. There are so many fitness trackers on the market, is this one really that different that people are going to want to buy it?Unfortunately everyone has to learn this lesson the hard way. I bought into the company that owned the IP for interactive games associated with Who Wants to be a Millionaire. A sure fire winner, except they weren’t profitable and my shareholding got diluted to nothing as they kept needing to issue shares for additional working capital. Luckily I never invested a penny more and so only lost my original investment. Never again. Have a great Christmas,JTT

Re: Las Vegas on the 15th Jan. "Seems the Onitor is waterproof ( it says so in the information) provided."So is this one:[link] And so are many of the hundreds of fitness trackers that you can buy on Amazon:[link] advantage of those though is that they actually exist and you could buy one now.

Re: spec details At least you can buy one of these! At let's face it the cloudtag one isn't exactly going to win the good looks award.Oh and guess what, it onitors your pulse.[link] Cramer once said we should have at least one speculative stock in our portfolio to keep our invetsing appetite going. Maybe it would be more effective to just watch one VERY speculative stock like ctag. At least that way your preserve your wealth and learn about the madnes of greed. Not even worth considering until you've got a portfolio of sensible growth and income stocks. Best avoided until then.

spec details Water resistant ie rain, sweat NOT water proof. As for the contains medical grade tech stuff, its just marketing noise. If you read the blurb it doesn't say what. It could be just the strap.Wonder what the conversion price will be? See MM are struggling a bit today, with lower volumes

Re: Las Vegas on the 15th Jan. [link] the Onitor is waterproof ( it says so in the information) provided. It's slick attractive and seems to have a great app with it..Price will be key but the technology is cutting edge and this should sell extremely well even in a fairly crowded market. The big selling point is the medical technology within the device..Well done to the company, a solid foundation device to move forward with.

Re: Las Vegas on the 15th Jan. This product will be laughed out of Las Vegas. Surely any sensible investor must know by now the share price is being manipulated for the benefit of L1. It hasn't even started on the warrants yet, but it will leave those until the management stops doing the tranches or liquidity runs dry, as people wise up or get bored. Any one for tranche 3? And it still has a mkt cap of £33m

Confidence. Well our lenders are confident and for new shares.I still think 20p plus a target. If the new device is a blockbuster who knows where we could go..

Seems brilliant to me. As a medical device and weight loss tool it seems amazing to me.. there are other types on the market but the style and app all seems superb... I'm staying..

Er very overvalued We now have a product after the great hype and what a POS. Not totally convinced the images are the real thing, but will give then the benefit of doubt. No bluetooth, not waterproof to even 1m, battery life terrible, no heart rate monitor on wrist. The so call ECG bit, will have to pressed against the skin to work - I suspect it is no more than a HRM. You can pick this sort of gadget up for under a tenner! At the current cash burn rate, this company is worth no more than sub 1p

Been watching here with all the shenanigans over the last few weeks. The product is finally revealed but there is key info missing and it's not waterproofConsidering it is focused on the health and fitness market I think that would be a prerequisite.I will continue to monitor for a while and wish all investors here all the best but I cannot see me putting any of my money in here with the lacklustre release tonight.I mean...how much is it?Good Luck allH

Re: Undervalued Its a great device and the roll out and sales will be very soon. A pity its not on sale already.[link]

barno99 16 Dec 2016

Re: Undervalued Its all down to timing. It will be on the market shortly of that I have no doubt. It launched it product and now waits for the market to take it up for retail sale.800,000 for sale shortly. Fingers crossed..From the company>>.To support the accelerated growth, the group is recruiting three senior executives to drive sales to consumer markets in the UK and Europe, facilitating the delivery of its first product, CloudTag Track. The group is now discussing initial product requirements with a number of leading high street and online retailers in the UK and Germany. It is also working with Amazon Marketing Services to support the successful release of the product.
