If everyone was to put a sell order on their shares at 200p. in theory would prevent the brokers lending shares (Your shares) and push the price up further

Van Eck run the GDX tracker ETF. Buying CEY is no measure of confidence. They do it as a matter of course as CEY is included in the ETF.
