a proper offer looks like this.... The Possible Offer represents an indicative premium of approximately:· 38.9 per cent. to the last equity offer by Plethora which was priced at 9 pence per Plethora share on 29 August 2014;· 354.5 per cent. to the closing price per Plethora share of 2.75 pence on 3 November 2015 (being the last business day prior to publication of this announcement); and· 311.7 per cent. to the 30 day volume-weighted average price of Plethora shares of 3.04 pence for the period from 4 October 2015 to 3 November 2015 (being the last business day prior to the publication of this announcement).[link]

Re: 2 directors Investing? curious... how does this fit with your 'never loose' when you bought in at 21p share? or is your £30 month fee how you will make up the difference? -

Re: 2 directors Investing? I think you'll find that platinum's use generates more from the automotive industry in terms of exhaust systems and catalytic convertors! If only I had listened to the 'never loose money' advice... silly me, fancy me investing in a loss making share... note to self 'don't do this again!'.Can someone send me a list of those shares that don't make a loss please, I don't seem to have it to hand - I promise I won't 'share' it!

Re: 2 directors Investing? ".. oh, I think I just said it in quotes . My loss, your humour"********** ********** *****No mate - a loss is a loss .. as Warren puts its one of the princples "Never loose money" ... Its still early days here to be honest (personal feeling and going by performance) - come on guys Platinum jwellery is more expensive than Gold's and on top or that Platinum = Nuclear this is worth far more .... then again I am guessing .. Correct me if I am wrong .. its been up for the past 2 trading days .....

Re: 2 directors Investing? if they are shopping around that is, I don't charge for my shopping carts... my shares alone wouldn't cover the £1 slot - relatively... I bought in at £3... so my meagre £30k loss. I think would cover it. So what's left? minus £29,999... a mere splash in the ocean... I wish! meanwhile 'splash in the ocean' being 'sold up the river' - what's the difference... oh, I think I just said it in quotes . My loss, your hum

Re: 2 directors Investing? well at least we can 'ave a larf' about it - a bit of humour on the bb's doesn't go amiss. here's hoping somebody else is shopping around for AQP.

Re: 2 directors Investing? thank you Kyle, but I don't think that they have any shops in china (counter offer!)

kylescot 12 Oct 2015

Re: 2 directors Investing? Spot on.. it is indeed part of their remuneration package in lieu of cash, and has been for more than a year... but a counter offer from say the Chinese would be rather nice.

Re: 2 directors Investing? i think that this is just their regular monthy payout in lieu of a salary increase!?

Re: 2 directors Investing? "Never invest simply because a Director 'buys' shares..that's my advice innit."********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** Aye true that bud .... But .. I know theres always a BUT ... Believe this is worth a bit more than whats its slated for ... I am going to take a risk on this one .. My research suggests a possible X2 the price - however I may be wrong - in that case - "if ya dont loose then you havent traded" is my motto .. regards
