We will find out how the market view the deal at the end of the day, depending on increase/decrease on either company is usually a good indication on how the deal is viewed.
I am unsure to the real benefits of the deal, it looks better for BLVN. We have a current capacity for 20mmscf, we currenty only have a market for 17mmscf, so we currently cant sell all our own gas. We have just paid a fortune to drill 2 further wells to increase our capacity by another 20mmscf. Why do we now want to pay BLVN for more gas when we cant sell the gas we currently have.

I just tried to buy and had to place an order as Halifax would not take a spot price. I think this is a cheap as they are going to get.
If the offer is considered too low, they can then start to sell the shares into the market which will obviously create a fall in the share price, but will still be the only option they have if a buyer cannot be found.
This means initially having discussions with various potentialy interested parties to see what the best off is.

Just looking at last years accounts, directors remuneration $1,792,000 quite a good wage for Cameroon, Foo taking the lion's share of $573,000, he gave himself a $260,000 pay rise over the year before, so he must have been working hard to justify it. I wonder how much he will pay himself when we actually make a profit.
