What has new sulphur regs got to do with msar2? Our fuel alone does not comply so why all this chinwag about regs coming into force.... Also the ECA areas are relatively tiny in comparison to areas that are not.

I think people are 'bedding ISA's' hence the odd price action....I just did mine... when I first bought share in QFI I couldnt put them in an ISA...so this morning I moved them from my trading account to my ISA
Sat next to an employee of Akzonobel today...he was just an accountant bloke so didn't know much at all, but still...nice to see a familiar company's name on a bit of paperwork
