I feel like the management will probable propose another round of cash raising at the AGM. They wont have spare operating capital in June. Take the spike in price ahead of the AGM to sell before coming at lower price.

The next placing will drive the sp to sub 0.30p

any close above 0.86 with huge volume may promp up the sp to 1.2P

with the passing of the resolution likely to fail on 22 may, potential of the sp to the downside 0.65 instead
