Re: full year results look good The results weren't exactly stunning, but they were good enough to persuade me to hold for now.The strong pound makes the results look weaker, of course. Even allowing for this, however, XPP is no longer the fast growing company it was. It is more of a heavyweight making slower but steady progress. The best news was the increase in margin, the growing use of the new lower-cost plant in Vietnam, and the comapny's move from net debt into surplus. The latter will allow them to make one or two (hopefully well-chosen) acquisitions if they wish, or to increase the dividend further.

full year results look good As previously expected from the Q4 statement the company is making steady progress. The 'constant currency' reporting I find somewhat annoying as its harder to see the 'true' numbers. It looks like revenue and cash flow are both on the up as is the dividend (22p final, ex div 12th Mar paying 9th april) making 10% dividend growth and this has been maintained over several years. Yield is nearly 3.5%. Dividend cover 1.67x. They are now in a net cash position as announced in Jan. Their Vietnam factory is now onstream and 2015 outlook is good.Quote from last July's interim report''Approximately 75% of the Group's revenues are invoiced in USD so the change in the USD to GBP exchange rate has a significant effect on reported revenue in GBP. However, as the majority of our cost of goods sold and operating expenses are also denominated in USD the change in profit before tax with the USD to GBP exchange rate is relatively minor.''I am continuing to hold as I think there is good long term valueSG

Re: Dividend Increased The only negative point in the TU is the prediction that revenue growth in 2015 will be only "modest".However with debt paid off and the increase in margin, profits per se and in particular profits available for distribution as dividends should increase rather more sharply. The full year results coming out next month should provide more detail on their plans.
