Re: Good price improvement When are the results due?

Good price improvement There has been a good share price improvement. They are gaining new customers and working out what to do to lessen the effect of Brexit. The share is still undervalued and the next set of results should be positive.

AGM I'm going to the AGM on 10th. At this rate the SP will be below the IPO price. Is this still the effect of the placement sell off?

Re: Or I would think this could be the case as it would be damaging go for huge contracts without the capacity, as any payment issues would effect reputation. FT subscription very useful.

MyHobby 07 Apr 2016

Or Has the restriction on the number of transactions they can currently handle prevented them from taking on too many new clients?D

MyHobby 07 Apr 2016

Re: FT report Yrs I did see the report headline but too much of a cheapskate to subscribe fully to FT. I don't understand how being fully independent of RBS may leverage more clients or transactions though. Would large corporate clients feel better not being tied in with RBS?. Also I don't understand how this market is carved up. I recently paid on my CC on an Ingenico handheld but Worldpay flashed up on the screen. I would have thought that software and hardware would have gone hand in hand. Please clarify.Thank youD

FT report Did you see the FT report yesterday? WPG's own platform will be free standing soon. Giving the x20 the capacity to process transactions than the RBS system they are currently using. Image the growth potential of this share.

Re: Placing! As I understand it Advent has indicated it wants to sell its entire holding, having already made a fortune and probably wanting the cash for new opportunities. So unless another placing is agreed they will sell after the 90 days. I think once these shares are sold the company can find its own level on the stockmarket. But price being held back. It's the Lloyds effect. Think the shares could go to 340 level afterwards.

Re: Placing! 90 days of overhang. Are you referring to coming out of the lock in period. If so how long is this overhang likely to last? Thanks. D

turkey10 07 Apr 2016

Re: Placing! No dilution, as not new shares. This will have a good effect on share price once these shares are all sold. Still more sales but 90 days of overhang.

MyHobby 06 Apr 2016

Placing! Placing announced conveniently after market close. Any thoughts on tomorrow's share price and/or the medium term SP? Presume this placing will have a dilutive effect. Ho hum.D
