Carefully Does It 14 Sep 2015

corner might just have turned a corner and on towards better things.investment needed suggests this is a med-long term hold but upside looks potentially large.target market solid, speculative buy.if they can execute on this the market cap will be a multiple higher in 2-3 yrs imho.

Re: Is the piggy bank empty DeSouza? Astro, you and me are long term holders of this stock. Yes you have some valid points, especially around the loan underwriting, for which I have already voiced my opinion, but there are better ways to voice such strong views. As for you selling your stock, you should have informed me and I would have purchased them. As I have been known to communicate with the Chairman and other board members, I am more than happy to enquire further if you detail the evidence.

Is the piggy bank empty DeSouza? I must sound like a broken record - one of them vinyl black things for the youngsters out there!A big deal was made about increased credit line with the bank using my favourite little company Plainsite (if indeed such a parasite can be called one) as a loan guarantor. So, what have we seen:Miami Franchise bought for undisclosed amount.New York Franchise bought for 50,000 shares - approx. £18750Now....... based on our credit line being near 2 million dollars as per previous RNS's, the real questions are threefold:1) Why can't we afford cash to buy the NY franchise? Have we got none left after Plainsite sucked us dry?2) Why has the Franchise been bought back so cheaply? Did it simply not work or was it a distressed sale?3) Is this all a territory is actually worth? To remind everyone. The only franchise sold (announced as sold) during the whole sorry process with DeSouza driving the share price lower than a snakes belly has been New York. What we are now hearing is that the re-purchase price is peanuts and it does raise alarm bells that a new franchise business cannot survive either through excessive fees or possibly an unrealistic business model. I do not have any information whether any other Franchise locations have been sold and can only go off information contained within the ALD website to give me information on which areas remain - nothing has changed. What makes me laugh regarding the NY Franchise is the hype that surrounded it in May 2011. Remember the line "Faye will also be helping me with additional programmes for our franchisees, where we can build partnerships with state and local government to enable our franchisees to grow their businesses more rapidly."....... This Faye person should have concentrated on her own business me thinks! For the record I sold 1/2 may holding at a near 50% loss. This will not go anywhere whilst resources are being drained by the Chairman and the share issue looks like confirmation that there are no operational funds available. I can only guess where all these phantom profits have gone.....

Acquisition of Miami Franchisee So we are either saying that the Franchisee was rubbish or that the Franchise system is not very good?My questions are twofold,1) How much money have you blown on this2) Has the money been drawn down against the credit line so that Plainsight get their grubby little parasite load guarantee fee.....despite not being able to repay a loan. How is the UK doing? we have not heard anything from the potential cash generator for a long time so am worried that not all is as previously reported.

Big Sells being reported I wonder if our new II has had enough of the eejit Desouza and his parasitic failure called Plainshite. Next step for reporting will be a full draw down on the increased credit line as Plainshite will get their balance percentage that they probably require to survive based on the fact that they have not been able to repay company / shareholder funds for 2 years. Prove me wrong.................Its either them selling or Mr Tyrell. We have not heard from you in a while TT although there has been no news other than the last set of results that showed a worrying slowdown in growth and lack of working capital once the last share placing was stripped out.I see similar questions regarding 'funny business' regarding financial arrangements being reported on LSE site. The non-execs may as well not be there based on this corporate governance displayed. Will be breakeven target ever get reached? Will Desouza stop taking all shareholder value? Unlikely.
