Re: NHS You did right! My local hospital is now insisting even the desks of the secretaries are treated with Tristel products. No wonder profits are up! This could be a great one for the future.

Jolly, don't know much about these things, but get your point, esp about the resistance. But I'm wondering if the interim results could break the barrier if they're good: and I'm encouraged by the level of the last dividend, well up on previous. You don't do that if you're nervous.

NHS At my hospital, we have started using Tristel's 3 wipe and foam disinfectant system in the past year.It is said to cost £5 each time and we use masses of them for each ultrasound scan we do that involves "body fluids"We have to record each set we used so we can demonstrate our disinfectant policy works in practice. This kind of defensive practice, regardless of the cost, is becoming more and more widespread. If other NHS hospitals do the same, I can only imagine that profits will soar!I have bought on the stregth of that.

Re: AGM Statement Only marginally, and perhaps the prediction is erring on the side of caution. The year on year H1 is well up, so as you say, positive. Difficult to draw conclusions re seasonality at this stage in the return to growth since the company revamp, but you could be right.Topped up on recent dip. There has been a strange pattern of SP dips and rebounds this year, but other than that it seems to have flatlined for now. Statement has not provided a boost yet.

AGM Statement Sounds very positive, but predicted pre-tax profit for H1 looks below pre-tax profit achieved in H2 last of last year. Seasonality involved?ws
