2017 results They look good to me.I suggest the statutory eps is the number to take not the adjusted eps. The adjustments to me seem like expenses of the way they do business so should not be excluded from the eps calculation. But even on the statutory basis, a historic p/e of c15 seems decent value.This growing, overseas earner is run by a team which built up and sold a similar business very profitably before which I think is an important plus point.

Re: Director Sales It's not usually a good sign, I agree. But the sales were all award/tax related, and all have not far off the holdings they had a year ago - executive chair Neville Buch now has 9,006,000 compared to 9.043,000 last May, MD James Emslie has 1,266,000 now and had 1,303,000 last May, while FD Dan O'Brien has increased his holding from 177,000 to 196,000.So I'm not gong to lose any sleep over it.
