Re: Would it be too strong to say..... Also a swindle requires a lot of certainty on the part of the believer,in order to part company with their cash.they have to believe that they MUST convincingly need to pay up or else.where as gambling has no certainty and therefore can only be duped in to parting with cash.:-P

Re: Would it be too strong to say..... one could argue that it would be seen more as a dupe than a swindle. As to being duped in to believing certain things would happen, but perhaps did not.once a person is duped,it is down to their perception or gullability of what they have read, that leads them in to a decision for placing a bet.If then the bet falls flat,it must be through their own choice and perceived beliefs. The same can be said with horse racing. first you read about which is the odds on favourite or perceptive favourite for the majority, then decide weather or not to follow that up with a gamble with your money. If that favourite horse does not win the race, you have not been swindled, you have been duped by the hype of the majority in to believing you had picked a winner. I personally dont feel swindled,as I made a choice through what I have researched and believe, which is often very different to the majority.and all the time my horse still has a race to run,I have not been swindled, also when all of the hurdles have been jumped and Trigger is romping away towards its goal in the race,I will be happy to say, that I backed a winner:-P

Re: YEEHAA! Trigger rides again, whose t... Anyone considering a top up,or averaging down,or a new investment. should consider the dates that the extra shares will be added, as set out below for the company's £200,000 investment.I would think nearer the last date below would be a good strategic time to re-evaluate the company's situation ,if you are thinking of investing your money. IMODate Cumulative maximum Corresponding maximum drawdown amount (£ number of shares that can be issued to Ellwood(cumulative)---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ------1 April 2015 90,000 23,684,2111 May 2015 95,000 25,000,0001 June 2015 105,000 27,631,5791 July 2015 125,000 32,894,7371 August 2015 130,00 34,210,527 1 September 2015 155,000 40,789,4741 October 2015 170,000 44,736,8431 November 2015 175,000 46,052,6321 December 2015 180,000 47,368,4221 January 2016 200,000 52,631,579

YEEHAA! Trigger rides again, whose the Man. VAT claim update. The VAT Tribunal delivered its decision against Tricor in March 2014 regarding its claim for £1.8 million. Tricor has been given leave to appeal this decision at the Upper Tribunal and we await a date to be set for the Appeal hearing. A judgement is not expected for at least 12 months. The cat and mouse game is NOT over yet :-PEllwood International Limited (In brief without reading all of the 3 RNS's) Ellwoods have agreed financial support with £200,000 for 28.98% extra shares which will be voted on at the next meeting by share holders on the 15th april 2015. so some dilution to keep the share price down post 2017.Account statement shows losses this year, but improvements on previous years. this benefits the company for tax purposes for equipment etc. and helps to get warrant holders to part company with their warrants as value drops with extra shares admitted for trading. This all seems to be going to plan,if my past theories where right. as posted around april 2014.Money is being made and prospects after 2017 look good to me. Tricor use their time wisely and took advantage of the suspension time. Time and time again posters have claimed thats their lot and Tricor are finished. And time and time again they have been proved wrong.Welcome back Trigger, all we need now is the Tricor cheer leaders back. YEEEHAAA:-P
