Re: trades - 5 million at 12 noon I'm still out, share price even with today's drop is above my exit point and, well above what I would re-enter at.The share price may well have 'got away from me' but you never know there could be a wobble but the general trend will be up. The most interesting tech share on the market Thanks Hethersett, yep we are all having a good time and not just because we are a lot wealthier in one week with this share TERN.I don't know enough about the web but I imagine that news of this company and it's meteoric rise in value will go almost viral quite soon if it hasn't already.Even in my non-tech circles it's being touted as 'The One to buy now'....It's bound to fall in SP soon (its up & down by 15% within hours in one day) but always up at end of day for past week plus, tree shakes and all sorts but as you say outweighed by long term holders.The SP I think will be very volatile but with it's recent deals with Microsoft etc. it will be valued in pounds very soon.All just my opinion.mm

Good Golley Congratulations on your good fortune Miss M.It seems good luck is on your side.The ADVFN bb. now shows we have over 70 long term holders, one of whom has 7%.The free floating shares are dwindling by the day & the institutions appear to have begun buying.That is the current opinion, the buzz word is pounds not pence.That being the case, the following post by the man who started the thread a couple of years ago, may not be as daft as it sounds.till Waiting5 May '18 - 17:29 - 93353 of 935030 17 0 In light of the increasing demand and impending data regs I have reviewed the 1,000% rise so far for calender 2018 and am confidently raising my target gain for 2018 to 10,000%Mad I know.May be a little ott, However It could get even more spectacular in time, a little more research could pay dividends.Have a great weekend, even sad old fogies like me are having a good time !Cheers Heth.

I have sat daily the last 18 + months that i have been in this share reading one of the finest sources of information on a company i have ever seen.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---I have a life. No time to research this when I bought, I bought it on good advice. when time permits I will research it.I'm grateful to you for your research and informing people on this BB, please keep it up. I did at least read a bit of the BB before committing.I hope you are a little pleased that I helped the SP along a bit - just joshing...mm

Re: I shouldn't procrastinate so much I wish you the best of luck. All I would say is, the longer term looks sound, but there has been a stella rise in the last few days and it won't take much to trigger a nervous sell off. IMHOWell worth allocating funds to average down if required.Good Luck All

I shouldn't procrastinate so much Bought at 7p last year, sold at 5p. 
Have been watching and thinking over the last few days and now bought back in at 20p.

I'm very familiar with the IOT and have been, until recently, an investor (probably not the right description, trader?) in IMG, a company very much involved with the IOT. Research in the general area led me to TERN.I'm out at the moment having followed a strict personal rule regarding taking profit. Nonetheless, I hope the share price progresses and I would certainly want to get back in, if or when the excellent news regarding Microsoft, which has contributed to the current spike in the shares to pretty much an all time high, (allowing for dilution in my calculation) runs out of steam.I don't want the shares to fall back, I'm not the type of person who wants to see others lose money so I can make a bit more. My strategy with promising companies is to look for opportunities as they arise. Having said that I have a tendency to be quite dogged with comment about disingenuous management, especially where they are milking shareholder capital for their own ends. IMHOFor what it's worth the most successful share I have ever traded was IMG, a Company that never once declared a dividend, brilliant IP but poorly run from a financial perspective. Those who invested and simply waited for the share price to go up were constantly disappointed at each false dawn. The only people to make money were those who traded and shorted the shares. Many traders anecdotally became millionaires following the cyclical, albeit highly unpredictable, nature of the share. Sadly not me! But, I did pretty well. Some of the most successful now post on the IQE board.I've taken a look at the ADVFN blogs and, as you say, the information available is staggering.Good Luck All

Re: Confused Thanks again T&C, yes a stop loss would be good sense but like you I don't really use them.Agreed timing is everything on this one, not one that you can forget about, but also like you I don't want to be screen gazing and fretting all the time with it. (being an old farty). I don't mean to ramp here but BUR has had an amazing ride and even at where it is now it's an investment (too good to trade - except portions I guess) I think the next interims 27 July will also be stunning like their last year end. More than doubled income and profit and tripled new investment. 3rd largest Co. on AIM. Hope you have a few quid as a long term thing to invest. I'll have to look further into this one - I don't know what spiked this in the last couple of days....all best mm

Re: Confused A great result for you so far, congratulations.I'm waiting to see if there is an re-entry point on weakness. May have to wait a while?My feeling is timing will be everything with this one and if I were giving myself some advice, sitting on a nice gain over such a short time, I would be setting a stop loss. The way this one has moved, the time a shower takes could be too long to react manually!Good Luck All

Re: Confused Hey Casey,I was about to write some comments on this share but need to have another showermaybe a cold one to get my head straight - up another 9% as I write It's getting a bit dizzy but I'm not complainingI'd like to know a bit more about the company from other posters - IOT - some folk don't like the thought of their kettle recording conversations and sending to Cambridge or direct to Vlad Putin.Had another share like this in the dot com days, an internet incubater it was known as and unfortunately scrambled the eggs...Shower time ....mm - up 10.5% before I've got in....
