IPO Autolus files for proposed initial public offering in the United States8 May 2018Syncona Ltd, a leading healthcare company focused on investing in and building global leaders in life science, today notes that its portfolio company Autolus Therapeutics Limited (to be reorganised as Autolus Therapeutics plc) (“Autolus”
has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 (“Registration Statement” with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC” relating to a proposed initial public offering (“IPO” in the United States of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”, each representing one ordinary share. All ADSs to be sold in the proposed IPO will be offered by Autolus. Autolus intends to apply to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “AUTL”. The number of ADSs to be sold and the pricing terms for the proposed IPO have not yet been determined.

SYNC v ARIX I hold SYNC and have also been looking at ARIX. Anyone have any thoughts on the latter?

Good Volume My portfolio seems to look different everyday I log in to iii. There seems to be little stability in my shares, big swings up and down not just weekly but often daily. Ironically SYNC seems to be the one that is most stable, which I consider to be quite a high risk punt.Good volume and rise again today

Re: Good results Even at 20% premium, these are value, if you believe in the portfolio. Very few IT's trade at a 20% premium, so there has to be a reason

Re: Good results It's already at a c. 20% premium to NAV. Can't see any short term momentum unless there is a big uplift in that from the portfolio.
