GNK offer Daylight robbery if GNKs largely paper offer succeeds at these levels for a very strong estate like spirit. Seems inconceivable that C&C and others are just sitting doing nothing. Any offer with a higher cash element would surely be better. I dont think this is all over by a long way.

Takeover I price At today's GKN price of 754p the offer is only worth 107.6p and not the 115p original offer.I have I sold 50% of my holding and will be closely watching the GKN price, as if this takeover does not go through the SPRT price will drop.
