Re: Woodford Invests! RNS @ 15.34pm . All resolutions passed, i would of thought this was good news.But.. share price dropped giving up most of yesterdays gains.0.6 to 0.75p ( 0.1 above Wednesday afternoon ) the spread is 25%

The shares i bought will not be tradeable on AIM.They will not have a nomad or registrar... i will hold shares in an unquoted company.The company will keep a registrar.If there is a takeover it will make little difference.If things go well they might come back to market, who knows .Woodford is investing by means of preference shares @ 2.82p with warrants @ 2.82p.I'm not sure how much better of the new preference shares will be if company does not make it.If things go well preference shares which carry a coupon of 8% will revert to ordinary shares.Now that's just off the top of my head , not an expert , and not well educated.But i like to help if i can

Re: Woodford Invests! Topped again @ 0.65I now have more shares then the CEO , the CFO doesn't have that many at all.They both claim to be new to there roles.Spoke to both they both prefer the CPS @ 2.82 But then they might fell obliged to take part in the fund raise.

Had another limit buy on all day @ 0.81 ( D ) not lifting .Took live ( must be "over the counter" with ( X ) @ 0.8pWhy the directors are not buying is a concern not sure the preference shares @ 2.822 even with an 8% coupon are better value . Can someone please explain why they are a better investment , i am aware if they go" tits up" preference shares are paid first if any money left.
