Re: Delisting 7am on 29th Dec Let's hope some useful work is proceeding well in the background... may take quite a few weeks/months for PRG to get their revised plan and financing together, especially if they need Lesotho government support on licence transfers, etc.No merit or means to sell my PRG holding now... so any news welcome from reliable sources, including the PRG web site.

JohnnyG505 05 Jan 2016

PB Sadly this latest rumour, which actually stemmed from Lesotho, is not true, although PRG are still working hard to get the finance.

PharmaBrown 05 Jan 2016

(Sorry to split the message - didn't know that hitting enter for a new para would post last!) the RNS stated: '....The Company maintains the view that the development of Mothae is highly synergistic with its Lemphane Kimberlite Pipe Project (‘Lemphane’). Accordingly, it will negotiate directly with the Government of Lesotho, which controls the definitive approval on any transaction in respect of developing Mothae, and will update the market accordingly on progress made.' So has PM indeed been chatting with the Minister and achieved a deal? Can anyone shed light on what exactly the Lesotho governmental position might be in regard to 'definitive approval'? Can they twist Lucara's hand and force a deal? Can they provide finance?

This little snippet of news is just what we need to keep spirits up. I hope that it stems from this statement issued in the RNS of 14th December:

JohnnyG505 04 Jan 2016

PB, same here mate, I was so over invested in PRG, but PM sounded so convincing, then it all went wrong. I just can't see what PM hoped to achieve by getting PRG delisted, unless he was just so worried about the SP. The optimist in me is hoping for a miracle, let's hope PM can deliver

PharmaBrown 04 Jan 2016

Hi Johnny, many thanks for your message, and a very Happy New Year to yourself! It's a miserable life on iii portfolio seeing them recording my investment in PRG as 100% loss - that's half my retirement capital shown as down the drain. I don't know which interpretation of PM to believe, so the optimist in me wants 100% to support Holeefook's last. But failure after so long to appoint a replacement nomad is my chief current concern - does it really take so long if at least a substantial part of PRG's affairs remain in order? Fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed for a happier end to 2016! Happy New Year to all holders.

Hi Pharma Brown, good to see our respective BBs are still up and running. If they are taken down, see you on here. Happy New year matey.

Re: Delisting 7am on 29th Dec just testing: it appears the discussion board remains here for us to use, just the data shown as n/a. So may as well continue to post here!Best wishes to all.PB.

PharmaBrown 25 Dec 2015

Re: PRG Stream Log Agreed Johnny. I've just now come onto this site with that in mind. Happy Christmas, and may we all enjoy a prosperous new year! PB

Pharma Brown 24 Dec 2015

Delisting 7am on 29th Dec We are advised to monitor the PRG website closely as our source of information; which I'm sure we will all be doing. Once funding and an advisor are settled then relisting will follow 'on AIM or the main market''. Now, wouldn't the main market be an unexpected bonus! I'm not expecting anything so good, just sort some finance out, get a nomad and relist is all I ask for in the New Year.Happy Christmas, everyone. And may 2016 be highly prosperous!! Speak with you on the next PRG board on iii or LSE when it happens (which I remain confident it will).

JohnnyG505 24 Dec 2015

Calling all LSE and III users. If your PRG BBs are closed on your respective sites, and this really goes belly up. This BB may well be the best place to keep in touch.

Guitarsolo 23 Dec 2015

What happens if this BB shuts down I'm plagiarising from the LSE board here but, if iii shuts this BB down following delisting after tomorrow, there are others including:[link] As far as I can see, the above gathers all comments from LSE and iii and posts there (I found myself!). So, if iii and LSE shut down then no further posts will be drawn to it. However, you can register on that site directly as well which may work if they continue to provide a BB for investors to keep in touch with each other. It will be more necessary that ever if PRG is delisted. GS

Re: One week to go "iii Editor, if your watching, can you inform us?"I feel utterly ashamed.......you're. Sorry, must proof read before hitting submit. GS - hanging my head low with that one.

scholomo 19 Dec 2015

Come on Swooped give us some Christmas cheer

Guitarsolo 16 Dec 2015

One week to go So we have 8 days to find a replacement NOMAD. That's not much time and opens up a whole array of questions, one of which is what happens to this BB if PRG is de-listed from the AIM? This forum would be more useful than ever to help each other keep tabs on the situation if PRG no longer has to release RNSs etc.iii Editor, if your watching, can you inform us?
