Under peoples radar.... ....judging by how quiet it is here. So i've been happily stocking up on this for a while. It ticks along, gradually increasing turnover and with good and increasing div to boot. Good value.

Questionable strategy Could I ask management to focus the company's strategy on profit growth (such as basic EPS growth) rather than organic turnover growth + acquisitions. Turnover growth should be relatively easy to achieve whereas profit growth is more difficult and more meaningful. With the increasing debt, I would also suggest that ROCE figures would be useful to shareholders in the financial reports. My impression is that the increased debt is not being satisfactorily reflected in increased profits but perhaps I need to be more patient.

Re: Thoughts on weakness I also meant to say the current price is more or less an eighteenth-month low.(The company makes small, plastic precision parts and robust packing materials).

Re: Thoughts on weakness I think this may be due to the rather uninspiring, though arguably ultimately positive, chairman's comments attached to the last couple of updates. However is this now a buy by any chance?PER = 7PEG = 0.24Potential yield = 3.3% (covered x3)Current buying level is 99-100. Recent director purchases at 102 and 105.February announcement notes the fall in raw material prices(due to decline in oil price) and the success of recent acquisitions. It is perhaps also quite positive that this board is so little used. The next update is due at the end of June.Gearing as a little higher than I wpould like at 30%, but there were recent contract wins in China which could bode well for the future. Is this worth buying at all?
