Re: Special Dividend I think Arris will say that the missing dividend and cash were priced into the offer. If Pace issued that December dividend then I seem to remember reading that Arris reserved the right to reduce our cash offer per share accordingly.However you look at this, Arris got Pace for a steal of a price.

Special Dividend Maybe we should start asking our 'New' Arris BoD about a dividend.The one that we were entitled to and did not get e.g. the last 6 months of Pace Plc trading up to December year end.Not forgetting the £100million+ cash that was in the Pace coffers!!!Just our entitlement.....???

Re: Delay Receiving Arris Shares Just a quick update for any Halifax Share Dealing customers...they seem to have made a tweak to the system since I complained yesterday. My ISA was showing a valuation of £0 for what was Pace, it is now showing a value based on 415 pence but still no sign of the Arris shares. I'm going to keep pressing Halifax if nothing materializes after a week...Not leaving this to chance!

Re: ARRIS Completes Pace Acquisition The cash element should be paid within 14 days of the scheme effective date, so 18 January is my expectation.I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Arris shares in my ISA now, which has a very round and worrying valuation figure attached to it as we speak. Gulp.

Yes, finally happened ! - have held on and still think the combined merger will be progressive for the New Arris company, and hopefully with the way the $ - £ is I think beneficial to us too.Am I correct in thinking our cheques should arrive Jan 18'th ? Also -> "ARRIS will provide additional information on its February 17th earnings call"Maybe good news at this meeting too ! Special divi ?? R.

Delay Receiving Arris Shares Just a heads up to others holding shares via a nominee platform - I am with Halifax Share Dealing and have an ISA.Check my ISA valuation and it shows a number instead of Pace for the stock, and a valuation of £0 zero! Contacted Halifax and was told that the shares could take up to TWO WEEKS to arrive following the court hearing (held today).This is something I did not expect as I have a notification saying shares would arrive shortly after the scheme effective date and cash within 14 days.Could have implications if Arris stock rises sharply over the next few days then falls before I get my hands on the shares!Grrrr....is this the *final* insult from Pace? I will not be happy until I have my hands on the cash and the shares in my trading account.

Merry Christmas and HNY Hi All,I've sold a few to keep within his n hers CGT allowance (on top of the £1.325 less approx. 31% of my running average cost) so will still be converting a large chunk into NA and will slowly (hopefully) be able to sell off in future years as $ sp rises which I'm sure it will for what is now surely a mammoth global company within the sector.GLAine
