Re: Does It Merit Further Investment I have this share as an income producer and long term hold for that reason. I've taken up the open offer fully but haven't applied for any extra, mainly because it would unbalance my portfolio if I did. I do think it's a good investment, but whilst I think the NAV will grow steadily long term, I don't think this is one for trading really. IMHO

Well. . . . . Well......Not a lot of posts on here!!Just bought in today to top up my portfolio's REIT allocation, and see that there's not a lot of movement on this board.As long as they keep paying out the dividend I'll be happy.
