Slightly o/t..."The Times " article British Gas have signed a provisional deal with 2 of Egypt's gas companies in exchange that the Egyptian Government repay approximately £900 million it owes BG.etc. etfc.On that basis, I wonder if our BOD can give us an update as to what the Egyptians have or are doing to repay us what they owe us if that is the case ? The last time, I saw anything on this matter they owed us in the region of £70 million. We should also be hearing about PCI joining the main market or is that being shelved ?Dinatra update required.....What if anything is happenning in ITALY ?and lastly the SP isn't it time we saw an increase at least to pre offer valuation or is that not considered to be important ?EARTHLY

Re: EGM Leaving AIM and moving to the main market may assist with the purchase of debt but dont be fooled into thinking the price can't or wont be manipulated as much or even more, take a look at GKP who did just that and now sits at 50p. OK they have debt / repayment issues but then who doesn't?Fusion98---------- ---------- Your remark with regards to raising more cash...more likely when and if the company now enters the main market, which it has stated to be before the end of last year, whereby big investors would buy debt more easily

Re: RNS Resignation of Directors / WV response RNS Number : 2170GWorldview Capital Management LLP02 March 2015 PRESS RELEASE 2 March 2015 Worldview Capital Management("Worldview"Responds to Petroceltic International Board Resignations and asks; Why has Petroceltic refused to confirm whether the Chairman exercised any discretion to accept or reject any votes cast at the EGM? Worldview calls for independent body to examine any EGM votes accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Chairman Worldview notes the announcement by Petroceltic regarding the resignations of Don Wolcott and Joe Mach from the Board as Non-Executive Directors. Worldview is naturally disappointed that the Board has failed to recognise and benefit from the significant value and experience they brought as world class oil and gas executives. However Worldview understands and welcomes the decision by Don Mach and Joe Mach to resign. Further to its statement of 25 February Worldview has demanded that the Chairman confirms whether and how he exercised any discretion to accept or reject any votes cast at the EGM. Petroceltic's response to Worldview on its request regarding the use of discretion offered no detail or meaningful response. Accordingly Worldview will ask the Company to accept an independent organisation to inspect and verify any votes that were accepted or rejected at the Chairman's discretion. Worldview maintains its position set out in its circular, www.petroceltic-egm.com and continues to evaluate its options.
