Still going down yet HL has shares bought at 72.66%. I really don't understand how a price can drop when the buy to sell ratio is 3:1. Can any of you clever people explain that to me please as my wife keeps asking me and I can't tell her. It's making it difficult for me to get her agreement to buy anymore shares!!

Just bought another £10k at 1.2098. Must make a good profit on that. I think that most people will keep on buying annuities as there is nothing else that will guarantee an income for the rest of their lives. Most people (unlike all of us!) have no desire to control their own money and would't have a clue. If they haven't invested in shares and bonds and gilts for their working lives they aren't going to start when the become pensioners!

Just watched it on ITV+1 Steve Groves was on for about 15 seconds. Not worth leaving the pub early for tonight!!
