Why has it all gone quiet?

Hi Tonka, no one on the LSE website sees your messages…. but to answer your question it's up in the air actually.. if OXS win… they could pay out some of the award in special dividend and retain a percentage to keep OXS as a going concern or just pay it all out and wrap the company up..

Can anyone briefly explain what will happen to the shares if the award is in our favour. Will the company continue to trade? Will the shares be suspended and a dividend paid to all holders? Are there any other options

Perhaps they meant end of 2015.

They would have been planning the move for some time?
