Re: Big Bobby/OT Hi ScholomoYou got into Versarien at some well judged price levels. You've got off to a flying start. I'm delighted for you and imagine we'll both be wearing a broad grin whenever it is that we meet up in person. I'll take you up on the drink offered at the ORM 10p (or shall we make it 15p?) party...BB20.

Latest tungsten APT prices APT prices have pulled back to circa $275-$285 per mtu and seem to be steadying. Well up on last year still. Prices perhaps academic for us at this point in time, except, of course, that SP is influenced, even though we are not yet mining. Perhaps only ten months now before the mine is commissioned. BB20

APT prices pull back Perhaps not surprisingly, after the prolonged surge in market prices, tungsten APT reached a ceiling last month (circa $310-$330 per mtu) and has now retreated by some 5%-10% from the highs. That still shows a hefty rise, of course, compared with the $160 of early 2016. What prices do while we are gearing up in the drive to production at the end of next year is, strictly speaking, a matter of academic interest. It will be next year, in Q3 and Q4, that we shall need to see prices that are still within the present ball park (or, better still, that are higher). In this scenario, a low cost producer will do very well. BB20

Re: web seminar on tungsten prices The web seminar was more to do with how Metal Bulletin arrives at market prices for tungsten and how it proposes developing its information service (to include tungsten concentrate and tungsten scrap) rather than with the actual prices themselves and how they are likely to move. It summary: one or two interesting asides for the enthusiastic tungsten investor but generally not something that will impact on investment perspectives or throw any new light on our company. Of course, my comments are not meant to disparage in any way the valuable flow of information provided by Metal Bulletin on prices that APT, ferro tungsten, etc. are achieving. I believe a recording of the seminar will be available on the Metal Bulletin website sometime today if you missed it and would like to hear things for yourself.BB20

Free web seminar re tungsten prices Metal Bulletin today announced that it will be hosting a free web seminar on Wednesday October 4th at 2.30 pm London time to review findings from its recent consultation into new reference prices for the tungsten industry. See the Metal Bulletin website if you require more information on the web seminar. We should get some useful guidance concerning the likely course of tungsten and APT prices over the next 6-12 months. Re: Problem in buying Looks like my bank/broker has deleted ORM from its range of securities that it offers. The 'sell' option still exists at the side of ORM in my portfolio.Regards

Re: O/T (Scholomo) Thanks very much BobbyI appreciate very much your imput

O/T (Scholomo) Hi Scholomo:I'm glad you took the time to look into Versarien (VRS) before buying, as I am not qualified to offer investment advice, though I am always willing to share thoughts on what interests/excites me. VRS is certainly at the top of that particular list. I spent many long hours getting my mind around what graphene is and what it can open up as a disruptive agent. Some of the biggest companies in the world have spent years trying to produce graphene that actually works and have failed. VRS can produce graphene of sub-10 layers (down even to a single layer). The applications are endless and mind boggling. Prospective investors have an opportunity at present to buy in at a depressed price, just shy of the recent float (15p), as an investment house is unloading a major holding. Once that process is complete, the SP should head north. Just one or two big orders (out of more than 100 NDAs) should prove transformational. I won't say more, as this is the Ormonde discussion board. In any case, I'm sure that for many investors the excitement and promise that is building at Barruecopardo will look like an opportunity that will take some beating. BB20

Re: Problem in buying Hi Phil:A day or two passed before I saw your Tuesday post about not being able to top up, otherwise I would have done a dummy buy to see what, if anything, was happening. I hope you eventually managed to get in at a price below Friday's hike. I see the last deal (which we can presume was a buy) went through at 2.85p. I'm confident we shall be testing 3p before long. I might add just a few more if the SP retraces significantly but I am busy presently stocking up, as funds allow, with shares in Versarien (VRS), which is very well placed in the graphene market (but where the SP is depressed because of Lombard Odier's decision to reshape its portfolio and sell off a very large holding). I also have high hopes of Cluff Natural resources (CLNR), where boredom has set in among some investors, causing the SP to decline. A farm-in driller is needed to bring the gas ashoreor Algy Cluff may have to consider DIY. This one is high risk, as you may know, but very probably high reward.I saw on another board that you will be heading back to China before long. If you are in my neck of the woods, where I remember you have some good friends, let me know and we could meet.BB20
