Also we should keep in touch and stick together to put pressure on these thieves, this is constructive devaluation of our holdings and ashok Leyland have manipulated their way of getting all the technology which is being duplicated no doubt in their indian operations, is there any avenues for us to put pressure on these animals to pay us a fair price considering this has ruined my life savings, I thought this was a safe place being a long standing british company, feeling very bitter and angry about this and Optare don't even have 1 ounce of decency to even reply to my 2 messages.

Anybody contacted Optare at all, I sent them 2 emails but they just ignore me, anybody also know if all the directors still hold share and is there a way to find out if they have sold?

sel or keep I have just been on the phone to Halifax which is what I use as my trading platform also to Redmayne Bentley which is my stockbroker.I have asked what happens after you can no longer trade on AIM with Optare shares.I was told that you still have the shares in your account & can request certificates at any time and there is not a deadline. Some times the shares come back on to Aim therefore you can trade again, its not often that this happens but has been known to have occured. Or you can trade using the match bargain basis once you have certificates (google to understand). IMy thoughts are that for what I am going to gain by selling which is almost zero when paid the fees. I may as well hold on & get certificates even though there is £25.00 charge & keep and then cross fingers. Some like to sell and set against Capital gains etc.Hope this helps.........

Going Concern I agree if A can asset strip technology / know-how then there is no reason for A to buy-out the remaining 25%- at the present market cap won't cost much - probably less than the professional fees involved with present processRisk for me is that A may limit Optare sales/manufacturing to a narrow segment and take "global" profits selling from other "group" companies. Optare is then left as a UK support and maintenance operation once the technology/know/how is stripped and manufacturing moves to another continent- if you believe that sell. Be interesting to see what happens with Optare - a small scale Jaguar Land Rover?Has anyone pulled the accounts of Wright Buses or Alexander Dennis to see how these unlisted UK bus companies are performing?

Re: Up 60% ! Thank you TX2Do you think it is possible that the 75% shareholder might throw a £mill at the remaining shareholders and take full control of Optare? It might benefit them to do this and take 100% stake of the company? This would be around 0.18p/share.Other than that, I agree - shareholders could be waiting many years for (if) any return otherwise.
