A new start It seems as if a phoenix has risen, a new name, consolidation, 74 patents registered, and hopefully, new money in the bank.Lets hope a turning point has been reached, Fingers crossed.

Re: is this dead Message on my Halifax share dealing account, stating that for every 800 shares I own, I will get 1 new share, and then every 1 share will then be sub divided into 200 new shares.So a 4 to 1, but sounds like doing in 2 stages.So, anyone who owns under 800 current shares will no longer be a share holder. Thanks for coming.Assume, if you own between 800 and 1599 current shares, you would end up with 1 new, then converted to 200 final new shares.1600 - 2399 shares = 2 = 400 new shares, and so on.Unless someone can confirm otherwise.

Re: is this dead According to the results posted on 23rd March 17, the reverse takeover of "N4 Pharma" should be complete by mid April, and the name of the company changed from Onzima to N4 Pharma.So hopefully the return to the market should be before the end of April under the new name, this being the case, the company can then move forward in the development of reformulating it's drug patents,We only need a couple of successful reformulated drugs to make the shares head North, Good Luck for a very exciting 2017.

Re: is this dead Far from dead, could be awaiting news on the patents of N$ Pharma, a possible takeover, or another deal. under aim rules they have to make a acquisition, or have a reverse takeover within the next six months, for the shares to be reinstated.so for now the shares have been suspended.
