Charts Greg Kuenzel is all hot air and has made no tangible progress in proving up any JORC resources. Greg Kuenzel couldn't make Norcium Gold a success when gold was $1900 an ounce, what chance does he have now? And how does the chart look from Stan Weiners persective at the moment I wonder? Are we now heading back to 0.1p in time for the next equity raise? A good opportunity for sophisticated investors and Directors to reward themselves with more shares at 0.08p, having perhaps offloaded them recently. Rinse and repeat. DYOR.

O/T Nyota Minerals BoD to be ousted The Directors of Nyota Minerals (former colleagues of Martin Churchouse) are expecting to be voted out at the AGM later this month. Shareholders have been campaigning to boot out the ineffectual and greedy CEO failure Richard Chase for a few months now. The Nyota directors failed to make any tangible progress with the company's assets in Ethiopia, notably the Tulu Kapi gold project, which they sold to Kefi Minerals for peanuts. The share price has fallen from its peak of around 28p in 2011 to 0.12p today. Directors need to be held accountable for company performance and progress. DYOR. IMHO Greg Kuenzel and Marcus Edwards Jones have destroyed Noricum shareholder value making no tangible progress in Austria and yet to prove up any JORC resources and any value in Georgia. I have voted against Resolution 1 (The Director report and renumeration) and Resolution 2 (Auditors report) to signal to the Noricum board a vote of no confidence in their leadership and put them up for election. Shareholders can then vote to decide who is elected. Shareholders should vote and if they do this via their broker they need to do so by this Monday 16th May 2016. The Noricum Gold AGM is 23 May 2016. GLA genuine investors.

Kuenzel Corporate Governance Greg Kuenzel has served as a director for a number of companies. One of the most interesting companies is Freeside LTD, first registered 13 Jul 2006, but has the status: Dissolved - no longer trading or on registry. Freeside provided company secretarial and corporate consulting services. The Directors are listed as Greg Kuenzel and his wife Julie Louise Kuenzeland yet Julie also appears to have been employed during part of the same period as the company secretary under her maiden name Julie Louise Whitford.[link] Kuenzel sure knows how to creatively milk the most out of a company, so how is his corporate governance at Heytesbury Corporate LLP and more importantly at Noricum Gold? If you're a Noricum Gold shareholder and you'd like decide which of the Directors remain on the board signal a vote of no confidence in the board by voting against resolutions 1 and 2 at the AGM a week on Monday. Alternatively you can vote via your broker, but you need to vote by no later than Monday 16 May 2016.

Greg Kuenzel's "Jam tomorrow" update Greg writes "Resource estimation and pit optimisation work at the Company's first starter pit target, Kvemo Bolnisi, is well underway"- AND so it should be resource estimation started in Sep 2015 with the appointment of Mark Owen, Technical Director!"with final results expected in the coming weeks. In order to expedite the process, work is being focused on the high grade zone of the starter pit from which in house modeling is indicating an initial mineable target of circa 50,000 tonnes." - Tonnes of ore so how much gold will that be then? The target for the year or each quarter?"Infill drilling at Kvemo Bolnisi has commenced today and is expected to increase the size of the mineable resource as well as test additional secondary quartzite pods identified in close proximity to the initial planned ore production area." - Great and by how much is the size of the resource going to increase?"This drilling is from surface down to approximately 10 metres so is relatively fast and inexpensive." - How expensive? "Kvemo Bolnisi has been specifically chosen for initial development and production as it provides an ideal opportunity to demonstrate that:· Historic Soviet style resources at the Project can be converted into a resource in accordance with an internationally recognised standard; and· The Company can, with the assistance of its local partner, establish a toll treatment agreement that will allow for the processing of the Kvemo Bolnisi secondary quartzite ores which will in turn establish the general terms for future treatment of other ores both existing and those newly discovered by Noricum Gold.” - ‘CAN’ with assistance of its local partner, BUT will they ever get round to this?Noricum Gold Managing Director Greg Kuenzel said, "I am pleased to report that the activities required ahead of initial production from our first starter pit are continuing on budget and in accordance with our timetable. We have now commenced infill drilling, the results of which will be used to expand the resource currently being modelled. " - Expand by how much? No JORC resource has been proven yet. "Drilling is also continuing at our second gold starter pit Tsitel Sopeli with four drill holes completed to date. This mineralisation, gold bearing secondary quartzite, is also outcropping or very close to surface. Additionally, the first IP survey has now commenced at Tsitel Sopeli and will test the larger structures known to exist at this target area." - Great. More drilling and Jam tomorrow.Kvemo Bolnisi - "The Company has negotiated access to its local partner's infrastructure, including the operating gold heap leach operation at the neighbouring Mine, which means that Noricum Gold benefits from not having any additional capital expenditure requirements." - HAS negotiated, sounds good. What does this cost?Lots of hot air from Greg Kuenzel. Nothing of any tangible significance and shareholders remain in the dark. Vote against Resolutions 1 and 2. Lets get rid of the deadwood.

Director performance IMHO the CEO and former Chairman have been greedy, ineffectual and have underperformed since Noricum Gold first listed on AIM in December 2010.Investors have seen the share price drop from the placing price of 4p on the first day of dealings on 17 Dec 2010, to the current share price of 0.18p. Marcus Edwards-Jones failed as chairman so why is he still on the board as a Senior NED being paid a Directors fee? Marcus is the founder of Lloyd Edwards-Jones S.A.S finance boutique and was a NED at Range Resources LTD working with Peter Landau arranging expensive highly dilutive financial deals. Marcus was fired from Range in November 2014.Greg Kuenzel, Noricum Gold’s CEO, is nothing more than a glorified company secretary. Greg is an accountant handling Noricum’s corporate services through his own company Heytesbury Corporate LLP [link] . Greg lacks the drive and experience to take Noricum Gold into production. Greg and Marcus will continue to milk Noricum for all they can get, with Greg spinning the usual BS, and then will most likely sell the company cheaply through a reverse takeover. This happened at Centurion Resources during Greg Kuenzel and Pete Landau’s tenure. Greg Kuenzel and Marcus Edwards-Jones’ mismanagement of the company has seen Noricum Gold lose 95% of its original value. They have greedily rewarded themselves with annual 18% pay rises and cheap shares (0.08p as part of the last placing).Shareholders need to signal to the Directors a vote of no confidence and trigger re-elections.Greg Kuenzel has not delivered any tangible progress having failed to prove any value to Noricums’s Bonanza Austrian assets and has been attempting to prove JORC resources in Georgia since Sep last year. The Georgian assets remain an unproven JORC resource.Vote against resolution 1 (Financial Report, Directors’ Report and auditors’ Report) and against resolution 2 (Reappointment and Remuneration of Auditors) through your broker this week or at the AGM at The Washington Mayfair Hotel, 5 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HE at 100 a.m. BST on 23rd May 2016. Greg Kuenzel's Aussie Corp. Services Greg Kuenzel’s Aussie friend and former colleague from Centurion Resources (now Finnaust Mining) the notorious Peter Landau, incriminated himself recently in the FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA case, Australian Securities and Investments Commission v Continental Coal Limited [2016] FCA 416Greg Kuenzel’s friend, Peter Landau, openly admitted to serial embezzlement of funds from various companies to which OKAP Ventures Pty Limited was providing Corporate Services.[link] FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA case Australian Securities and Investments Commission v Continental Coal Limited [2016] FCA 416 [link] In the examinations conducted by ASIC under s19 of the ASIC Act of Mr Landau, he provided the following explanations in relation to the unauthorised withdrawal of the Application Monies: [Pages 90 to 93] A The company was under pressure in terms of wanting to keep a process going and obviously keep me delivering on that process. A judgment call by me was made. As I said, at that point in time, whilst subsequent to that the board knew about it, it was made by me on the basis that, in terms of from a business judgment perspective, either we’d have confidence in the process being completed or, through my ability – which I’ve done in the past – I’d always been able to replenish the money."But we can trust Greg Kuenzel, who provides Corporate Services to Noricum Gold through his company Heytesbury Corporate LLP [link] all of the equity being raised by Greg Kuenzel is going to Norcium Gold, yes?

More gold for shovelling at Tsitel Sopeli? Wow. More alleged drilling for Noricum Gold as Greg Kuenzel spends the remains of £1M raised in January this year. Don't worry Greg went on record saying he won't need to raise any funds as he is close to cash-generative near term production in Georgia. Hmmm. There will soon be so much gold-laden Georgian ore lying around on the ground for shoveling into trucks for the short drive down to NMG's partner's processing plant, that NMG may need a second fleet of trucks! Surely the share price should be 5p by now, no?With all this "Bonanza" gold NMG have found in Georgia it's a wonder NMG's partners didn't mine and sell it themselves. It was very nice of the partner to provide NMG with the opportunity to drill, shovel and pay for the cost of processing the ore. I guess our partner must already have masses of their own gold-laden ore just lying around, that it would have been a shame not to have let Greg Kuenzel and NMG join the party. Well good job NMG have proved the resource exists and have a robust operational plan and metrics in place to capitalize on this unbelievably fortuitous opportunity.Oh wait Greg Kuenzel hasn't proved the resource to JORC yet and hasn't worked out the cost of processing the ore nor put in place agreements with the partner to utilize their existing plant and infrastructure. That's OK it still makes a great story, just like Austria as LTH's will remember.I wonder if the next RNS will announce NMG's intention to recover long lost Austrian gold from Greg Kuenzel's coit (back side).
