Re: Vote of Confidence Sadly I have to agree. I am out with what is for me a massive loss. The order book is empty and assets have been sold off. I can see a pre-package insolvency here, and the management buying it up.

Re: Vote of Confidence Get out while you have a chance.

Re: Vote of Confidence This company certainly has its ups and downs, but I have huge respect for the directors who have put their hands in their pockets and bought shares consistently over the last few years. I wish all company directors would show such willingness to put their own money on the line alongside investors. That's what I call aligning the interests of directors and shareholders. So I really hope they turn it around.Artji

Vote of Confidence Some very significant Director buys at 12.5p gives a lot more confidence in this business looking forward. Glad I held and averaged down with a double-up at 8.4p on a hunch.

Results Loss before tax of £670k. Gibraltar site still not sold. future concentration on works in Rotterdam and Corpus Christi. Not great!

dandigirl 19 Feb 2016

TRADING STATEMENT .. of earlier this week suggests that after the sale of their Gibraltar operation the business will be profitable, at least until the next mishap.

dandigirl 03 Dec 2015

Gibraltar sale This does look like a positive move - the sp seems to like it and I bought a few more this morning [to level down!].I'm wondering who the buyer is? Perhaps HMGoG?It is to be hoped that it goes through as a sale would help the bottom line.

Re: Gibraltar Explosion 2011 It seems the Gibraltar experiment may be over soon. The RNS today notes the possible sale of the premises and business there. As it had become loss making this may not be a bad move.

dandigirl 10 Jun 2015

Re: Gibraltar Explosion 2011 I read that the civil case brought by the family of the man who was killed has been settled out of court, amount not seen. This would appear to draw a line under that particular episode. Maybe this accounts for the modest pick up in the sp of recent days.

Re: results I took off the debt they owe to the bank in loans and overdrafts of c£2m. (More worryingly I have just noticed 'goodwill' on the asset sheet has risen back up to £1.1m, having nearly quadrupled!!!)

wigwammer 12 May 2015

Re: results "As at 8 May 2015, we had cash balances of GBP2.79m"Not sure where you get the £1m from.

Blanketstacker 12 May 2015

Re: results Do you think there is any chance there may be a placing in the next year or so? The cash in the bank has dwindled to about £1m, and includes the proceeds of selling the vessel and the income from the Gib insurance claim. Rebuilding costs in Gib have to be met from somewhere.

valuemanbuyer 11 May 2015

results not very impressed at all.The Ceo who claimed things are improving with a very exciting future is leaving -v strange since he owns a quarter of the company . It all jam tomorrow .I am now v skeptical & sitting on a 35% loss.

Blanketstacker 11 May 2015

Re: RESULTS I will be holding too. With the CTUs and the Gib rebuild I still think there is good potential here. Averaging down is still an option for me too. Overall these results are very poor, but hopefully we should see an upturn in trading based on the expansion of the business over the last eighteenth months.

Rab Munro 11 May 2015

Re: RESULTS I was about to say "well it doesn't seem to have had much effect on the share price" and then it did. But not by too much, so it looks like this is pretty much what the market expected then. It isn't a profits warning, they have owned up to serious misjudgments, aren't putting all the blame on the oil price slump, and are still quite upbeat about their future. Therefore, I'm holding.
