Re: The Manager Pride..fall..emperor...clothes. Usual thing when managers believe their own publicity. MYI peaked when they suggested that they take over the management of Alliance. Check the price movements of the two over the last year. Perhaps Alliance should take over management of MYI?

The Manager Just read his commentaries in the annual report and March factsheet. Blaming everybody but himself for the underperformance of MYI over the last 5 years. If he believes his own rhetoric, all the holdings should be converted to cash to await happier times. But then he would not be able to pay himself such fancy fees.

Re: NAV If Trustnet is to go by, it gives yesterday's price as 1021 at a premium of 9.9% to NAV. This means they take NAV excluding income as the guide. I disagree with this and believe NAV should include the income. Debt calculation seems to have minor impact.
