Extremely good value? MCO turned up on this website I have been using (link below), and I have been taking a further look. It looks like a great business at a decent price, any thing else I should consider whilst researching?[link]

Re: sold my holding did you read the narrative on country wide? They are a different beast to MCO.rental market bouyant and growing which was highlighted in both countrywide and mco reports. Also mco has a totally different business model to countrywide.talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater.I wouldnt sell this fast growing rental franchise based business.

Overview interview Hi All. We have done a new interview with CEO Ian Wilson giving a general overview in less than five minutes. Any feedback welcome.[link]

No let up in progress Excellent year, expansion plans fulfilled years early and all compartments contributing to profits before tax up 115% on revenue up 25% EPS 6.9, of which 4 will be paid out in dividends, roughly in line with the level promised.Unlike Belvoir, if there were any managrrial blunders they have not come to light.P/E down to 36 to 18.3, almost matching Belvoir, but there is no doubt which is the market leader by properties managed now. One broker target is 198p, some 50% above today. Next year should benefit from a full period of all the recurring revenues and natural growth, plus divisions bedding down, which augers well for more profit and dividend IMHO.The estate agency part I regard as a bolt on rather than change of direction ahead. With £2.5 million of the £5m in debt facility unused and £3.4m in cash, well placed for further progress.PB
