Thanks to Rita and the MAGP Crooks! Thanks guys! One of my first ever investments and 99% down now with a middle finger de-listing. Should i ever get the certificates i’ll Be cutting them into handy squares and sticking them on a nail in the outside toilet! Should they ever re-list i for one will definitely go to any meeting convened in the UK just so i can get my todger out and deposit some warm liquid down Rita’s and her criminal cohorts backs! Good luck all holders but i fear there’s no way back for such criminally run companies and no likely hood of any redress by the authorities as they dont represent the likes of you or i. We are regarded as gamblers and treated like addicts and Magp is simply low grade crack and consumers of it to be treated with contempt!

Time for Rita to go! I think the AIM market is so unregulated and personally my concern is likes of Rita will continue to run a company with even less accountability - the way you can make changes is where Shareholders form an action group - but more often than it doesn’t happen - occasionally companies can comeback from delisting - but very few and far between. Its just robbery however they dress it up!

Time for Rita to go! Thanks. I looked at selling but the spread is huge. I tend to hold on but my experience is like yours . JQW an example of one that i had a load of comes to mind, if i can recall names of the others I will edit. That was a china company making it worse id imagine. Can they just ignore the share holders and keep all the company for themselves ? Can they issue loads of more shares after delisting diluting original holders out of it all together ? Are there any rules ?

Time for Rita to go! Hi, Hi, I’ve kept them in the hope that the company would not delist or late takeover - not sure if i should just sell before they delist - my experience of companies that delist is that in most cases you never hear from them and have no say as such in the running of the company and can only trade the shares as a match trade - how about you?

Ripley94 23 Jun 2018

Time for Rita to go! HI dara did you keep them ? What will happen now do you think we will get anything back on this investment or will the shares be worthless ?

Re: Time for Rita to go! I didn't read it fully and thanks for highlighting this, and I feel a little more positive but understand anything could happen -tbh I wish the delisting doesn't go ahead as shareholders will have even less say . I will he voting against it and might good to drum up more support.
