results Pretty average set of results. NAV supports price at this level but they are unable to create any value for shareholders. The family continue to pay themselves well and their non execs must be complicit in this. At best a hold and a sell if it crawls to 35p. Disappointing!

Re: CFO selling shares sp is now into 'too cheap to be alright' territory - so question is valid. Family own over 50% of the business and company is not followed because it is so small and control is so tight. It is not well managed and needs a good shake up - but not sure this will happen any time soon. Two listed companies is an unnecessary expense - both trade at significant discount to net assets for good reason and reflects the managements failure overall. However, the CFO share sale probably just realises his share awards in January and nothing more sinister. I think the NAV at December should have risen - perhaps to 52-55p and their debt is now refinanced at lower costs. There are a couple of property realisations that should have been completed last year and I expect some positive news flow soon on these. The assets are not bad and they have some competence in managing these sites and their tenants. My conclusion is that they can trade on 35% discount to assets and should be worth 32-34 pence. BISI creates an added difficulty as they may have had a shocker in the second half - but this shouldn't impact too much on the NAV.I have held LAS and BISI for far too long and the opportunity costs of holding have been painful - so hoping for 34p in next 3 months - on this basis should be a strong buy but like everyone else I don't trust the management - worth watching and maybe adding to at 15-18p.

CFO selling shares Why would the CFO sell half his shareholding at 25p, with the share price dropping so low ? From the internal management accounts to which he has access, he must have a good idea of the 2015 results, so what has prompted him to sell now ? If the results are good and would lead to an increase in the SP, surely he would wait? The CEO sold a chunk back in October 2015 but for 36pShould we follow suit before the results are published ?

Listing suspended The listing s suspended because they seem to have only just realised that they need to consolidate LAP and they will not be able to do this before the April 30 deadline.Does not give me much confidence in the management, this should have been apparent for some time and how long does it take to consolidate a set of accounts, even if they have to get expert help ?
