Re: Final Results and AGM dates? Coldascheese,My figure of an IXI pre-tax loss for the six months to 31 March 2014 of £1.571M is taken from the company's own accounts. Here are the IXI forecasts from Digital Look:ForecastYear Ending Revenue (£m) Pre-tax (£m) EPS P/E PEG EPS Grth. Div Yield2014-09-30 3.40 -2.20 -14.20p 0.0 n/a 0% 0.00p 0.0%2015-09-30 3.00 -2.00 -12.40p 0.0 n/a 0% 0.00p 0.0%[link] from Share.com:ForecastsYear Ending Profit (£m) EPS P/E PEG EPS Grth. Div Yield30-Sep-15 (1.87) (12.40)p n/a n/a n/a n/a 0.0%[link] forecast for the results later this month is a loss of £2.2M.And then revenue is forecast to fall in the current year, with another massive loss.So your suggestion of possible profit for the current year looks way off the mark, and with losses of about £2M. p.a. cash will not last too long unless something changes very dramatically.

Reminder-directors options start at 49p Directors share options awarded in Oct last year as followsThe award of options under the Scheme are over the ordinary shares in the Company and are exercisable at an exercise price of 49.0p subject to various conditions. For each Executive Director, half of the options will not vest earlier than one year from the date of grant and such vesting will be subject to absolute share price performance. The options will vest in equal tranches on the first, second the third anniversary of grant with an annual hurdle of 10% share price appreciation being required in any 12 month period. The other half of the options are subject to a number of enhanced performance criteria including a more than doubling of the share price in a twelve month period or other corporate and strategic goals being met.So the directors have got to achieve a 49 p share price just to start making any money from them and all other options are based on a higher share price-so they will be doing all they can in terms of company performance so that the shares increase in value.

Re: Final Results and AGM dates? Don't think you are correct there Hedghog-6 months accounts say---· Financial performance on budget and in-line with expectations Revenues of £1.2 million and operating loss before non-recurring expenses of £0.6 million for the period Total cash and money market investments of £4.0 million as at 31 March 2014That says operating loss £ 600,000 for 6 months.Other losses in accounts refer to costs incurred in reverse takeover, so not recurring items. So if they have reduced losses one might expect loss for last 6 months of say £400,000 and total for year below £2 million and cash of maybe £3.5 million. On an ongoing basis they have cash for quite a few years even if they are not profitable, however I think that they are at least trying to break even this year and I expect more deals in the pipeline. All news to date has been very positive and I am hoping more of the same when results are out. The share price will reflect the future prospects , not the past. We shall see.

Re: Final Results and AGM dates? Coldascheese,IXI's pre-tax loss for the six months to 31 March 2014 was £1.571M., including non-recurring expenses of GBP0.6 million for the period. The second half will be better, but recent big contract wins won't kick in until this year.During the six months ended 31 March 2014 there was a net cash outflow from operations of GBP1,732,000. As at 31 March 2014, the Company had cash and money market investments of GBP4.0 million. If the company has £2.75M. as you say, then that indicates cash outflow of about £1.25M. since 31st. March. The full-year pre-tax loss is therefore likely to be above £2M., which I would call massive for a company of this size.I agree that the company looks to have interesting potential longer-term, but the investment market for small tech companies is poor at the moment.

Re: Final Results and AGM dates? Hedgehog- share price has been around this level for a long all on tiny share volumesLast update " the Company is pleased to confirm that revenues for the period are expected to comfortably meet current market expectations. In addition, grant income (recorded as other income) is expected to be materially higher than expectations. Expenditure for the period will be somewhat lower than expectations notwithstanding the recent move to new offices in the UK and the US; consequently, operating losses are anticipated to be materially lower than current market expectations. Furthermore, continued contract wins and a healthy pipeline provide the Directors with increasing confidence about the prospects for 2015 and beyond. "The results will not show a massive loss and I think that they could well move into profit this year. The management with their share options are well incentivised to do this.I expect that cash will still be around the £2.75 million level and with the company only values at £5.2 million half of the value is cash.I think the shares after results could well motor much higher as their field of Dimentia is having a huge amount of money spent on it. At this level its a buy in my view.

Re: Final Results and AGM dates? IXI this week has fallen from 36.5p to 34p, i.e. back to it's all-time low.And the final results later this month will show a massive loss, which is unlikely to be well-received by the market.Another fall will see the share entering new low territory, and any stop-losses at 30p could be under threat.

Re: Final Results and AGM dates? Hmmm very gradual indeed... 1 or 2p at the moment, over the course of weeks/months !! But something is going on.. whole bunch of 2500 trades on Friday & again today, with a recent 20,000 trade as well all at 36.5p. Let's hope the 'gradual' recovery accelerates, or else I might die of boredom waiting.D2D

Final Results and AGM dates? No announcement from the company yet on these but on the basis of last year's timetable, we could see finals being announced next month with the AGM towards the end of March. This could help the share price continue its gradual recovery.

RNS-looking good Another deal in the bag with a US Nasdaq company will see Ixico now licencing in the US. This is adding to other contracts recently announced, looking good for the future. This should see price moving away from low point and back up to a more realistic price.

Re: Dead cheap -100% upside. Few shares so moves on trades of any size.

Re: Dead cheap -100% upside. RNS-A £2.5 million contract with company only valued at £5million plus with just under £4 million in th bank-WAY UNDERVALUED has been overlooked as will be in profit soon and really going places should be double the price.

coldascheese 22 Nov 2014

Dead cheap -100%+ upside. In my view has dropped to far and only valued now at just over £5 million.Had cash in bank in march of £4 million, probably dropped now to about £3.5 million leaves company (less cash) valued at about £1.5 million +. Thats mad as could possible be break even trading soon and with all the focus by the NHS on Dimentia, which this company is in the forefront, of this share stands to gain tremendously.Update due next month could surprise.
