Re: Bargain Time Another "crises" averted but there is still work for Flash Gordon to do and we need the hacra right and more. Hands in pockets and none of that malarky for a while yet methinks...............

Bargain Time What a bargain and little volumeIt must be time to bag a few more of these.Even the BoD paid 6.75p These are now trading at a 33% discount, but could they go lower?.Lets see what happens tonight in China.GLA.

Invested today. I hardly ever invest in young, non-profitable resource companies so I am out of my zone of comfort here but I am impressed by the track record of Giles Clarke and the companies with which he is associated so I have made small investments in Ironveld, Kennedy Ventures and a larger investment in Amerisur Resources. I like Mr. Clarke's conservative approach to running these companies and it appears to me that his distinctive strategies are aimed at minimising risk, unlike many mining company managements. With his track record I would expect him to have good access to capital which an important advantage for resource companies in the current financing climate. I also like the fact that Ironveld and Kennedy Ventures are off the radar of many investors (eg. no significant mentions in Investors Chronicle) so these are relatively undiscovered companies which do not seek publicity (which is also a good sign). Of course there is plenty that can go wrong when you are relying on legal systems in African countries but it seems to me that the strategies being pursued are likely to result in significant cash coming in at a relatively early stage of the companies' development. Best of luck to all.

RNS I did not post a sell recommendation. It did itself. Project updateOfftake discussions are ongoing with draft term sheets being discussed and interest levels remain high. The HPI price remains high and is resilient to the cyclicality of the market.Due diligence is proceeding steadily with both the debt funders who could provide a significant portion of the project's funding and potential Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("BBBEE" partner funders who have indicated that they may provide funding to the project in addition to the BBBEE funding. On the ground, significant progress is being made with draft construction contracts for the smelter being circulated. Requests for quotes for mining operations will be issued before month end. In addition we are implementing our critical infrastructure program with the design of the electrical infrastructure completed ahead of schedule and below budget while the necessary applications for the lease of land and water being in hand such that it is anticipated that these will be delivered in line with the project schedule. Re: Top UP Time. We need the cash to build the first smelter and then to build it.............estimated at 1 July so we are starting a delay. Also no reports on take off agreements . Lets face it July and August are notoriously quite months so we are unlikely to see any movement for some time. 2018/9 still some way off and I don't want to wish the time away................................bottom drawer!

DanDaDan 21 Jul 2015

Top UP Time. At these lowly prices I reckon it is time to top up.Good news is due and this BoD do not hang around.Remember that 'the major shareholders' paid 6.75p a share.Following the money can make you rich but it takes time, especially in SA.Fe is on a low at the moment, but this project has long term multi 'bagging' potential IMO.Just waiting for some production news to start.. Then lift off.....GLA.

Re: RNS placing and progress report well u would anticipate a small fall back based on new shares beimg issued and that dillution could be repeated yet...but looks like targets are still on course. personally i am not anticapating any real rises till more of the jigsaw is in place. remember the big cheese is 2018/9 onwards....all imho.

Re: Smelter Approval News? Long road with great potential.Reckon we are in for some good news soon.GC would have lined up the finances by now, I reckon. This BoD and PC do not wait around. They have a good track record ('all rounders'...).The biggest problem potentially is ' government administrative lethargy. What about those government grants??...They need to put a spurt on and start issuing those licenses (+++ jobs for the locals Minister make happy voters+++).GLA..

Re: Smelter Approval News? Agree but it may be a tad to early yet.......talk in feb was of potential start mid year. Have we got the funds and any sign of take off agreements in the making? Its all very quiet and volumes are virtually non existant. Long road to travel with this one methinks.......
