Re: Some more insight Yes theprior, I think the poor track record means that, in the absence of any news, the share price tends to drift down. The company suffers from a lack of focus. It needs to decide what are the most promising sectors for its technologies, discontinue work in the less promising sectors and then focus on commercialisation. Perhaps management need to be reminded that they are not working for a research institute.

Re: Some more insight And yet we now languish at an all time low. Disappointing after the recent encouraging little rally /((TP

Some more insight [link] biggest earners are the ones that normally get into something at the earliest stage... not when everyone is talking about it...This is why I believe the one's invested now will be the one's that will enjoy the fruits... investment in this sector is only going one way, and that is up...Specifically this "Over the past few months Ilika has been approached by a number of significant commercial partners interested in collaborating with Ilika to expand its product development roadmap to include larger capacity batteries suitable for use in consumer electronics, domestic storage of energy and electric powered vehicles"Long way to go mind...but could be a real game changer...

Re: RNS I liked this "A successful outcome would enable the collaboration partners to address large global markets in this disruptive sector"i.e. all the partners... not just ARM or PragmatIC... Indeed I fired off an enquiry as to what's stopping a partner going off commercialising something when we as a company have spent time, resources etc on collaboration projects... I was assured all this is taken care off BEFORE starting collaboration projects to ensure any fruits are rewarded to all parties... Looking forward to good times ahead

Re: RNS Any involvement with Arm, must be very good news for the company, and ensure a bright futu

RNS Collaboration with PragmatIC and Arm. Good news with big name involved ( but the detail of Arm’s involvement isn’t made clear)TP

Re: Current Shares I feel it's always worth investing in companies with patents, and less than 100 million shares in issue, it tells me they are making progress with very little borrowing , debt and dilution, plus any good news will be greeted with an enhanced share price. Technology and the way it moves always wants to make things better and smaller, you only have to look at mobile phones, a few years back it was just a phone, now though technology it's functions are endless, the only thing missing the battery life.If that problem can be addressed then the need for recharging every five minutes will make things a lot better,

Re: Current Shares Good luck, you guys, you’ve got in at a good time, I think. I’ve been in for a year or two so am a little underwater at the minute. Very tempted to average down whilst the sp is down here. Company has been making steady progress, especially with the battery technology. IoT today, phones tomorrow and then.....who knows? As the development of new tech accelerates IKA could be at the forefront. They do need to keep pushing to stay in the game though.Atb, TP

Re: Current Shares Like you Jolly I tipped my toe in the water, as I see this looks like a very interesting sharewith potential, plus I like the fact there are less than 100 million shares in circulation, which tells me they are not looking for cash every five minutes. As with most Aim shares there is always a certain amount of risk involve, but there are always opportunities to make money, I will now sit back and wait for progress, while putting 15p as my stop loss price, ensuring I would lose less than my 40% holding, that's of course the company fails to deliver.
