Re: emerging smartphone maker Apple may well be there in some form of relationship, but anyone who considers the phrase 'emerging operator' as applying to Apple must be in some sort of time warp. ten years out of date, apple have been up to the top and maybe ot yet on the way down but a long way from emerging...I think it would be great to get with a true emerging operator/maker and shake up the market, disruptice technology and disruptive new comer will be much more dynamic for all concerned and IEH will have a true usp to offer

Re: emerging smartphone maker Intelligent Energy has not revealed the name of the smartphone maker it is working with to develop fuel cell batteries, simply describing it as an "emerging operator", but some experts are speculating that it could be Apple The two companies were rumoured to be working together as far back as 2014, and Intelligent Energy is known to have partnered with an "international electronics company" to purchase patents related to fuel cell technology.Apple has also been trialling a fuel cell system to replace the old lithium-ion batteries found in its Macbooks - and has hinted that the innovative technology could be used in its range of phones and watches.Intelligent Energy already has a prototype smartphone with an embedded fuel cell, and it hopes that the new deal will result in the technology being licensed more widely.[link]

The first phase involves the proposed issue of a convertible loan note to industrial partners, which due to its business nature is a time consuming process. The second phase regards realising some of the significant value that is being created in its DP&G Indian operations.Good progress is being made towards completing both of these phases by the end of Q1 calendar 2016 as originally indicated. Further updates on the process will be given in due course.

IMO I think the company will reach a point where it manages +100,000 telecommunication towers with an economy of scale operating efficiency. At that point it will have fat margins, positive earnings, a portfolio of Indian consumers other than GTL, commercialized product, and a major supplier to portable tech. At that point again, the stock will be heading TO DA MOON
