Re: Interest I feel the steady buying suggests good news is coming on 7 December which hopefully will give us a decent re rate. Previous management clearly screwed up but it appears we may now have a decent crew.

Re: Interest Lets hope its good news as more bad news will be a total disaster for all.Speedy looks to have done it's buying for this year with Prolift & Platform. Not sure if HSS have anything to bring to the table where Speedy is concerned other than property locations which may well be enough if further expansion is planned. HSS will need to turn around the figures and fast to survive in a ruthless market including employing staff who believe in the company and do not spend time on social media forums thrashing the companies working conditions. This company needs good news fast !!

Interest A fair bit of buying today and I wonder if this will continue until the 7th December. It could as any positive news on the day will have the shares marked well up before the opening. Is it worth adding at current levels?

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? Also unless there is another fund raise I can see no reason to have an update on 7 December unless there is to be positive news telling us that further month on month profits have continuesd since June. If there is evidence of progress then we could see an immediate lift in the sp back to the 30p plus level. No good news will bring pressure from the larger shareholders who were banging on about a merger with Speedy a few months ago.

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? Perhaps we should not write this off just yet. There has been no more bad news since the interim result and it said that things were getting better and had moved into profit. They should do better as the need for their product is quite good.

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? Not looking good keeps hitting new lows.

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? The trade will allow this to go into administration and will then pick up the pieces. There will be no mbo and the company can never make a profit in time. Lack of T/O and high costs will determine the future.

BOWOOD 14 Nov 2017

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? Admin costs too high relative to income and debt also much too high. Overvalued and we may of course wake up to find shares suspended and administrators appointed

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? New lows @ 34p... Talk of it going bust.Over on LSE .. "SDY turned nose up "

Re: Looking ripe for a buy out?? Possibly right, but rumour has it within the industry that the vultures have already got their butcher in place to cherry pick whats left.It is unlikely we will see this soar like an eagle again and more like a pigeon with 2 broken wings?

Re: ANYONE OUT THERE? The placing last December ( 8 months ) at 83.875p not looking so cleaver after today's 7am profit warning RNS.@ 2pm -15%.. 46 to 49p , i think it has recovered from open.
