Re: Tullow deal completes this month? Q1-2018 seems a long time to wait. If the TLW signatures are done they should be able to re-list quickly. The reason they wanted up to six months was in case they had other opportunities. You'd know by now, wouldn't you?Nomad should be easy enough. I can't think of any advantage in waiting for Santa.. I'm not invested. It was on my watch list until it was suspended. Good luck, though.

Re: Tullow deal completes this month? All signed off today. Re-listing possibly before year-end now but I expect Q1 2018 more likely.Max, are you watching?

Tullow deal completes this month? See below, someone is confident the deal will complete shortlyTullow Oil Plc. (PC) (USOTC:TUWOY) Intraday Stock Chart Today : Wednesday 8 November 2017 Click Here for more Tullow Oil Plc. (PC) Charts. Ian Walker Tullow Oil PLC (TLW.LN) on Wednesday raised its full-year West Africa production guidance following strong production performances from the TEN and Jubilee fields in Ghana. The independent oil & gas, exploration and production group now expects to produce 85,000 to 89,000 barrels of oil per day from West Africa, compared with previous guidance of 78,000-85,000 barrels of oil per day. It didn't say how the fields have been producing to date, but at the time of its first-half earnings in July Tullow said West Africa net working interest oil production averaged 81,400 barrels of oil per day. Tullow is keeping 2017 gas production guidance from its European portfolio at 5,500 to 6,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. It said that production will be adjusted to reflect the sale of its Netherlands portfolio to Hague and London Oil once the deal completes later this month. Tullow has also lowered its capital expenditure guidance to $0.3 billion, and said it expects free cash flow of around $0.4 billion for the year.

Re: Cancellation to the open market Max, I hope your financial future is in other people's hands, and not your own.You really haven't a clue. have you.

Cancellation to the open market This was always the desired route for the directors, if you remember they did transfer certain parts to a new private company already in the hands of the main directors... Small shareholders now told another 6 months prior to a realist and quote...reason being to save money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even money never happens.........

Re: nothing weird about it No it was not IMHO as we now have a suspended share and a possible reverse takeover.Somewhat suspicious one might say..............................As it turns out I still have a few of these bought in 2013...... after they fell from the 10p ish level when Wessex (they were called wessex then) turned down Total's offer to buy them out. What a mistaka to maka! Will be interesting to see what it's all about.

sageii 31 Mar 2017

nothing weird about it just about the liquidity..

Re: LOOKS FANTASTIC! Most long term value has been sold on to Vermeer as a private company hence HNL only after short term profit so looks like a clever swap to those interested in the future.

LOOKS FANTASTIC! The depth and quality of this share looks amazing. Here's hoping for £1+

Re: moving up nicely You still in this, Sage, or have you had your "one mad crazy bounce"?

The Jolly Beggar 12 Aug 2016

Little Cracker Looks to me like the ENGIE MOU has sparked some interest now and rightly so. A little cracker this share. Quality management and tiny amount of shares available will see huge rises on news. I would expect news on Netherlands gas deals to follow sharply now as the RNS indicates that HNL & ENGIE are some way down the road already with first deals.STRONG BUY.

Re: moving up nicely Watch Ascent Resources. They would be first on my list for HALO.A direct route to market via a new acquisition of a pipeline and £10 million savings in doing so as no permits are now required to bring the gas to market.Couple that with a low share valuation and the potential for HALO their is excellent..Both solid buys..

sageii 09 Mar 2016

moving up nicely Told you so...lol.. very happy with my 6p buy and expect a multi eventually..Soooo few shares out there..Enjoy the journey ..be some ups and downs and at least one mad crazy rise imo..
