merger incredible I wrote INTU off some time ago now, some one knows better and offers what looks like a ridiculous premium for a failing company No doubt the directors on both sides of the fence will gain at the cost to the PI'sHope i have to eat my words tomorrow and HMSO are up 20%

Re: Hammered? Unfortunately i bought my some time ago and i am sitting on a loss but still collecting better dividends than what i can get in any bank savings - at current cost looks like they will be paying around 4.7% - probably 14p plus next time (February report) with reasonable coverThis is no mug or fly by night company and has paid steadily rising divisThese and BLND are held back by Brexit so hoping i have better timing for the next top up, 525 looks a reasonable price (possible slightly lower) and a 10% gain if/when Brexit concludes - may be worth waiting on some news and deciding near to Decemb

Dundrum Town Centre SC I have just bought in here attractedby the very recent company statementvaluing Dundrum S.C at 1.5 Bn. euro(This is a 50/50 joint venture with Allianz). And raising 7 year secured part funds against it at less than 2%.I know the shopping centre in question(5 miles from Dublin city centre)It is truly high class , .popular and. well established. If this reflects the general decision- making capacity of HMSOmanagement-- I am happy to be on board.Statement is worth a read -And visit the SC next time you are in Dublin!

Re: The Petition is gaining support Yes signed and done. Will we get the same government response as with the 2nd referendum petition??Bought HMSO last week as it seemed to be at rock bottom.FT reported yesterday a private equity firm has got a £1 billion war chest to buy up UK commercial property assets at a 5-15% discount to the market. Looks like Brexit has encouraged foreign buyers to dip their toes in!!

The Petition is gaining support Apologies for board hopping; but !The petition is going quite well; ~5750 signatures so far. ONLY 4 weeks to go !!![link] you hate seeing buys reported as sells etc!!!!!!Has already been sent to Martin Lewis, Daily Mail, Moneyweek & Watchdog. If you follow tweeters etc, send it to them please! If this petition doesn’t reach 10,000; then imo we might as well have not bothered as it will almost certainly be filed B1N; @ 10,000 the government should respond. So – If you haven’t yet signed or indeed have but haven’t passed it on to others, then now’s the time to do so.
