dickie3times 03 Jul 2017

No news yet..... .....on the AGM attendances, etc etc resolutions?

dickie3times 30 Jun 2017

Annual report and overview [link] a better organisational structure now being implemented, your board of directors are focused on reducing other overhead costs so that more funds can be directed to advancing the key exploration assets held by the Company - the Picachos and Pastizal copper prospects in Chile. [link] board of directors has been able to secure new funding with the completion of a share placement in May 2017 and with these funds expend monies to enhance the footprint of the Picachos copper prospect into the adjacent Pastizal copper prospect. *Looking forward, the board of directors plans to conduct a drilling campaign at its Picachos and Pastizel prospect to increase the copper resource; secure Joint Venture partners to fund exploration at the Guamanga and La Serena copper prospects; and, continue restructuring of the Company to reduce costs. RNS Herencia Resources plc (AIM: HER) is pleased to announce that Mr Peter Reeve has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Mr Reeve has been acting as a Non-Executive Director for Herencia over recent months (see announcement dated 31 March 2017). John Moore, the existing Chairman, has stepped down with immediate effect but will remain as a Non-Executive Director. The Company acknowledges Mr John Moore for his efforts with Herencia over the recent difficult period.Commenting on his appointment Mr Reeve said, "The Directors and management of Herencia are already working hard to place the Company on a sustainable operating basis for an exploration company of Herencia's size to allow exploitation of the significant geological potential of its copper assets."Herencia copper projects are valuable assets yet to realise their full potential. The new Directors believe that disproportionate focus was previously placed on achieving a mining operation rather than first evaluating the complete geological attributes of the properties. Early evaluation has commenced and is highlighting multiple prospects on the properties and areas with previous high-grade copper drill results warrant extensive new evaluation.".At the '40m Shaft' prospect, at the Company's Picachos project, previous drilling intersected significant copper with; PP 14019 returning; 91 metres @ 1.42% copper and 13.5 g/t silver Including 20 metres @ 3.10% copper and 25.4 g/t silver The full details of this drill programme are set out in the annoucement dated 26 August 2015. Significantly no further drilling has been undertaken in the chert sequence, at the Picachos Project (see figure 1 below) towards surface where XRF surface samples grading 7.54% and 3.77% copper have been measured.Figure 1: [link] plans to drill and sample this area and similar areas in its initial exploration program"The type of opportunity found at 40m Shaft exists in multiple locations on Herencia's tenements and the Company is putting in place plans to ensure the entire project package is properly reviewed from a geological position and explored methodically and fully", Mr Reeve said. The full release with images of the Picachos tenement locations and Picachos tenements near existing treatment plants can be found on the Company's website (including figure 1, above)

Re: Mm's BUYS showing as Sells Yours is a common complaint...... “my buy was reported as a sell” or “my trade never showed up”.I believe the facts of the matter are:1. The London Stock Exchange (LSE) does not attempt to define any trade as a “buy” or “sell”. It just reports trades through a data feed, and that is frustrating for those investor websites such as this one which want to generate emotion and visitors and posts and advertising revenue. Some trades are executed by brokers on other markets such as ISDX which don’t show up at all. Some trades are “over the counter” or OTC and are not shown as market trades. Some are even OTC trades on overseas markets like the NASDAQ pinks, which end up being repatriated.2. Investor websites invent their own algorithms which attempt to place a trade price above or below the mid price of the spread at the time of reporting the trade, in order to declare a “buy” or “sell”. This of course may not be the same time as the actual trade and in a high volume trading environment with a wide spread, this will lead to timing errors, particularly with trades outside the normal market size (NMS) which will be delayed reporting.3. So if you place a buy order within the NMS with your broker by phone or online, you will likely get a quote above the mid price, and you accept it. In a fast moving environment, by the time your trade is reported by LSE the spread and mid price has moved up a notch and the investor website algorithm records your trade as a sell. It just means you got a bargain and the algo buy/sell ratio is distorted by the trading momentum.4. It remains a fact that there cannot possibly be more buys than sells or vice versa, on a stock market any more than in a cattle market. A market is a market, and to paraphrase a famous phrase “I counted them all out and I counted them all in again”All IMHO of course.

Mm's BUYS showing as Sells Why do they do this? My last two BUYS a week ago both showed as SELLS.This to me is blatantly misleading investors' and imo should be viewed as a criminal act. It seems as though the mm's are deliberately inciting investors to sell up so that they can accumulate millions of shares ready to off-load when we begin to fly again...which we surely will if the AGM or renewed funding is viewed as positive by the markets. How else can a complete sea of red be explained for days on end without a corresponding drop in price? Proof could be sought if an investigation into the mms was initiated to show that they are purposely misleading investors into believing everyone is selling. when in fact there is more buying going on than we are led to believe?Over on the LSE bb posters are also claiming that their BUYS are being shown as sells. Imo, if the true trading patterns were being fairly reported then we would have a corresponding price somewhat higher than currently being displayed...allowing some losses to be reduced.
