Re: Give it 3-4 days Pondering on reevaluation the situation here given the success of Genel in my trading portfolio. There is the odd person selling but no buys reported yet (I do this by creating a buy quote). Some one is accumulating as suspected and I just waiting for that buy to be reported.

Re: Give it 3-4 days ...we may have to come here back this time next year in the run up to the next funding call as I can see accumulation at sub 6p preventing our sub 4p. then I suspect many pockets of ISIS but largely cleared up with all focus on dealing with Assad. There may me an Christmas pump and dump but the accumulator may keep a cap on this.Next funding call maybe from a position of strength but given the any risks I am going to wait it out. I may put limit buy order in just in case... take a look at GENL to see why.

Re: Give it 3-4 days Agree with your 4p price and very long term hold. Ah I remember the days buying and selling this between £1 and £4 - those were the days - an excellent company with a well executed strategy but unfortunately in the wrong country. 4p to £4 is worth waiting 15 years for. Might buy some for the grandkids when the price gets back to sensible levels.

Re: Give it 3-4 days "This could be a pump and dump."---This looks more like confirming my speculation that this is accumulation under 6p. But certainly, the pump and dump brigade joined in. Pehaps Malcolm Graham-Wood himself is stake building as he has one eye on it. With enough cash to last over a year I can see why.Happy to study the share price movement.

Re: 'Isis's last stand': Militants caugh... KALAN,Totally agree. But you must know the international community can not deal with Assad while he is fighting ISIS.Been following this stock since 2014 and hold no position other than the money I raised for charity on the last spike. May get in sub 4p for my SIPP with a 15 year view.

Re: 'Isis's last stand': Militants caught be... johan - not trying to teach my grandma how to suck eggs - but are you aware that this companies assets in Syria were not put in mothballs due to ISIS.They were put in mothballs due to the ruling government i.e. the assets will continue to be subject to 'force majeure' until Assad's government falls - so yes, the collapse of ISIS is a step along the way but is a million miles away from being a game changer.Looks like this has been pumped and dumped then pumped again but with less success this time - not as many can be mugged twice. To anyone taking part in or making use of the pump and dump to trade - well done - a profit is a profit.

Re: Give it 3-4 days Very nice revitalization!Back in since Monday.

Re: Give it 3-4 days This could be a pump and dump. But my feeling was that there had been stake building going on post Malcolm Graham-Wood comments on Monday:[link] I don't see the light at the end of the Syria crisis. I think it is way too soon and while upside is at 40p on successful exports the likley outcome in my opinion is dilution this time next year. Once ISIS has gone (is this the light Malcolm sees?) then we still have Assad who buys chemicals from North Korea reported today. The other reson for the stake building (at sub 6p) is Columbia. Not as much upside as Syria at this stage but with a market cap of less than 30m there is still upside. The most likley outcome imho is Columbia and Morrocco will be sold off.A better investment (not spikes) than GPX right now is PVR, HUR and pehaps even LEK.

Re: Give it 3-4 days Ok earlier rise was a false start - lets have another go at 18p!

Re: dead share ...as a pure Syria play this continues to be a poor investment and testing of investors morals and greed. Malcolm has updated us on what we already know today. Syria is the focus as Malcolm put it and I am sure as time passes GPX will drop Morroco and possibly the Columbia assets as he mentioned. So if they do not diversify they will dilute as this war will not be over in two years. As with such a small market cap, progress in Columbia could give something to attract investment and the share price to lift where they could then do another round of funding to keep going for say 5 years. This would be more attractive. I can only see this being put in a youngsters SIPP with upside being 40p but the chances are dilution to death.

dead share ,,,,

Turning of the tide? I will start by saying I am not here to ramp up the share. However, I wanted to share with the BB the following link: [link] to 1 hour 18 minutes and onward ....Macron states himself that trying to take out Assad is no longer on the table. Rather to work with America and create a forward plan with Assad in power! Trump is putting bold statements out by stating the ceasefire is holding and will continue to do so and he will be placing other ceasefires in more turbulent areas of Syria. ... Did Ayman Asfari know that such progress would start to make headway? Still a huge gamble but if things continue the way they are going then GPX will once again be able to reap from its producing assets in Syria.Gl All!
