Re: 2017 End of year results Ian. We have been debt free since early December. A dividend is paid out of cash holdings today. Roger has had a 4 month bonanza in terms of cash receipts just filling up the bank account (albeit tax needs accounting for etc). They cleared $61m in bank loans plus interest in in under 18 months. However, they managed over $30m in 5 months at the end of 2017 showing just what an impact zinc price rises are having. Zinc has averaged circa 10% higher this quarter than it did in that 5 month period of rapid repayment. Things quieten down over Chinese New year but is not impossible for Roger to be sitting on circa $20m in cash. A 3-5p dividend is very doable but they will probably opt for caution.

2017 End of year results Just got a reply from Griffin (Roger Goodwin); results out Tuesday.All weekend and Monday to fret 8-0!Can't really see a dividend myself, as income has gone to debt repayment.All the same, onwards and upwards!Regards,

Re: Results Well CD I will be delighted to hear how many wine corks you've popped, rollers you've test driven and golden girls you've entertained during 2017 but the big question most of the share holders would like to know is when are the Chinese going to allow GFM to release some information relating to their mining operations and subsequent funds raised through the selling of said produce... My only real interest is will it be Tuesday or will it be thursday.
