Half Year results Shows how long it is since I last 'checked in', that I'm only now just seeing the H1 results...............Not sure if the results are what was quoted as expecting to be 'robust', by the chairman at the end of year results. An improvement on 2014, but still in loss unfortunately.I thought that as Greka's drills were predominantly gas plays in a controlled economic environment, that we wouldn't be seeing deferral of drilling (in India), but hey ho...Onwards and upwards to the next end of year results I suppose.GLA.....we may have our day eventually.....perhaps in 2016

Herbie, I shared your opinion before the AGM, which I attended and now disagree with this suggestion. RG came across as a strictly non BS person. I'm sure that planning would be granted in the UK if drilled by GDL as it does not use chemicals and produced water as a by product. I suggest that we could well see GDL drilling in the UK and then watch the publicity machine take off

One important point: all rigs are 100% fit for purpose and all spuds are to date 100% successful. The IP is proven and clean.

Good meeting Immyspecial & Skooby and the other PI's at the AGM today. I asked RG if he had any intension of taking GDL private and he confirmed NO! From the info given at the meeting I am now aware of the actual position in India, the Gas price has been halved, Essr stopped the drilling, makes sense. Am I'm going to sell at a loss, NO Way. I'm sitting tight as the gas price can only go up. GDL are fully funded and rigs all paid for. Sitting tight for the sun to come out GLA LTH Regards Chris
