Beaten my wildest expectations Happy for the Bulls . Long journey from 70p days .

240p target mention over 6 months ago No idea if we can get close to it even more , the highest so far is 237.64Got to say that forecast was not poor at all. When I posted my old chart it was all explained there , Fib 2.618 extension of... lets see who remembers . I must say I don't have a view of what next. I felt for a long time that commodities vs equities were cheap , easily proved looking at the ETFs and comparing them using basic ratio analysis . What I do know that if I have finally nailed WAVE 5 of the super cycle , we may get a correction. What is called ABC or even ABCD . Am no guru of Elliot waves, though am a Technician (exams and all ) I find EW always very difficult. From 70 to 240 with lots of bottoms and tops called. I think all eyes should go on the iron ore chart now , see how over heated ( its not ) it can get. Place a trailing stop in my opinion , say 5/7% from the high , that way you banked that level for sure . Good 12 months journey here for a few of us . Still watching

Re: OT - Monte hI mate Cheers for your note. Am sorry to have to withdraw lately. i know there are genuine people interested in a good TA or Fundamental analysis overview . Sadly there are also those who enjoy bbs just to argue and be destructive

200p was my target with 240p the possible extension of the third wave. I think even Moses could not be so accurate . ..

Re: OT - Ook Onedb will be back in due course. I look forward to his resumed postings. Even though he's not Moses and TA is not tablets of stone, his analysis is valuable. Valuable but not infallible (to ring the religious changes). He just needs to grow a thicker skin, imvho.

Re: OT - Ook onedb1I have always appreciated and valued your TA on Premier Oil and Ferrexpo and this is what originally brought me to looking at this board on a regular basis.I have used it in conjunction with those subjective factors that are not necessarily measurable but do determine momentum to an extent. I for one would certainly like to see you come back to these boards. Do not worry about the noise created by others because that is all it is. For instance, I have my own views on why the short position on PMO is so large after all this time but when I originally voiced concern it was criticised by others. Congratulations on your exams.

Re: OT - Ook onedb,I have noticed a tendency on your part to overreact to criticism when things do not go your way. I think this damages you. You should learn to take the rough with the smooth. No need for tantrums. In the case of ENQ any normal punter, such as me, would have taken your post as foreshadowing a breakout UPWARDS - not a 5% drop yesterday and a further 6+% lurch down today. It's nothing to do with TA in my view: just the market's reaction to the Opec decision.I enjoy reading your posts. I am not in Hub's camp. But TA does have its limits (eg cannot predict a terrorist attack or other major external disruption of the markets).Enjoy your weekend - and your well earned exam success.Ooky

OT - Ook before attacking me on Enq ( where I was spot on as per post of Friday ) Maybe you should take some time and read what I wrote. I find that those who like me post sensible analysis are attacked for no other reason but ignorance. I put in a lot of work in my studies as a technician and as you know am equally qualified to do so I never criticise anyone , yet get a lot of it back . In fact I'll have you know that we share the Ethics Code of the CFA . The CMT and CFA have an ethics code where even on a bb we have to respect strict rules. Unlike the rest who aren't . Given that am abundantly fed up ( my analysis is free for all whilst many would have you pay for it ) Please avoid reading my posts in future as I won't be responding to yours . Utterly fed up . Mostly with Hub who for years has been defeated yet perseveres with his fabrications .
