Mastercard outbids Visa Kicking myself for not selling more in the 40s of course! Best price I got was 5k at 48.5. Surprised that there wasn’t another bid at least, but hey ho, if they hadn’t given the market the impression they weren’t going to bid again the price would never have gone above 37p! Don’t see any alternative to accepting offer now - apart from selling first, and I won’t bother doing that unless I have a desperate urge to buy something.

Falling knife to 4p round Oct 19 EPO… XXXX Put limit sale in @ 49.5p yesterday , reduced it to 49p @ 4pm did not lift. Dropped slightly this morning ADVFN post did state deadline 1pm . Announcement 3pm offer lapsed share dropped 25% … ( G ) correct , Watched well as e-mail from @ 3.11 pm . Deals show 36.5p … revert offer 37p

Mastercard outbids Visa Roger_Baron Yes i just fell better about it as i will be no worse off then if i had not sliced ( done nothing ) that one @ 45p. In fact made a little, if there is a higher bid would of kicked myself.

Mastercard outbids Visa Well good luck. If there isn’t another bid you lose about 15% of your money (as do I of course on my remaining holding!) I see that Schroder are offloading theirs. Hopefully this is just hedging their bets rather than actually thinking the final bid will be lower than 44p

Mastercard outbids Visa Well done Roger_Baron. I see it actually dropped to 44p this morning that is below my last slice. Not sure i would of done that without encouragement from your post so thanks. What do you make of the many missing "avatars ". On more busy boards gives some a little advantage i think ?

Mastercard outbids Visa He has got about 12 mil shares and 45 mil options at a vesting price of 24p! I will continue to be slowly and steadily offloading the rest of mine on any upward movements.
