Re: Mining permit granted Morning TP,Makes me wonder how long it will take to drain the mine workings. On the positive side, an increase in the Exploration Licence. The map referred to in the RNS is not shown. The original announcement is shown on the website dated yesterday 1st May, although the pdf is dated 2nd May. A look on the EMH website gives yesterdays announcement with exploration map.[link]

Re: Bit behind the curve Good morning YB.Yes, lots of interesting stuff in the article, but I was a bit put off by the statement that the grades were a bit disappointing. I've not picked that up from any of the news from EMH.But, a nice rise back over 60 this morning certainly helps ))TP

Re: Bit behind the curve Well spotted TP.A couple of interesting pieces in the article.'U.S.-based A123 Systems recently opened a new plant in the eastern Czech city of Ostrava to make lithium-ion car starter batteries for luxury auto brands. Prague-based HE3DA has recently started a trial production of lithium batteries suitable to store energy from renewable electric sources, using nanotechnology. It plans to open a new factory in eastern Czech Republic next year. The company has already signed a memorandum about the future cooperation with EMH, HE3DA president Jan Prochazka said. The second is the photo of a plant growing from the tailings. The tailings are the waste from the previous 400 years of mining tin. Lithium was not processed in years past. Makes me wonder how much lithium is contained within the tailings. Tailings, having already been mined, avoids the expensive bit, mining. Just needs processing. In this picture taken on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, a plant grows from mine tailings containing lithium leftover from previous mining. Czech company, has already secured all necessary permission to extract lithium from it. reserves There is a strange statement in the PFS saying that the term reserves cannot be used until confirmed in a PFS or DFS. The PFS then goes on to define the indicated and inferred. Very strange to me....I didnt plough through all the figures and can only assume the market is disappointed in the results which are artificially low due to the high yield cut off adopted. There is certainly more in the seams than indicated.

PFS published As Cass says, the capital cost of putting the mine into production is substantive. But this can't be a surprise, given the size and scope of the project. The only downside I can see is the possible speed of technological progress and the future replacement of Li for energy storage. At the moment it looks like any alternative is years away. So, all in all, good news on the feasibility of producing Li.I've popped a few in my ISA this morning based on the likely rapid recovery as the feasibility study progresses and EMH works towards production.

sp down could be because we need to raise over $300m to get into production..looks like a placing will be needed.
