Re: Sherborne .....Nah, it doesnt work like that ; they purchased on 5th Dec to go to 21% holding The sp has gone up 10% as a consequenceThey still hold those shares and have voting rights .... you cant have voting rights without shares ....SAGE

Re: Sherborne Well, whatever Sherborne were intending to do, they seem to have shaken the trees enough to help bring us a best ever share price. And it suits their purpose without actually having to do anything for which they might be directly held responsible. Time will tell when they decide to scale down their stake and take nice profits.
