Re: All points up Jogonson I do agree with the points you are making, any major contract will send the share markedly up. However this is a high risk share, always the danger of running out of cash or political interference. I for one will be holding as the positives outweigh the negatives and may even add if the share breaks the 60p area. Not for widows and orphans this one but looking for exciting times ahead in my opinion.

intereting At the TNBC meeting, President Magufuli highlighted his wish for the Government to work on a new, closer and mutually beneficial engagement with the private sector saying: "Business people are our most important stakeholders; they provide the Government with much-needed revenue." Furthermore, the intermittent power supply in the country was a key issue mentioned at the TNBC meeting. President Magufuli assured the audience that the Government was working on its concerns and that an agreement with a new contractor was expected to be signed soon.

All points up Been here so long it is incredibly painful however it seems that EDL is changing fortunes and is in turnaround.Fortunes have changed here and there is coal being sold, reducing funding concerns considerably if not completely. One big confirmed contract will takes us right away from the cash concerns. It seems money really does talk but we shall see once the contracts are confirmed - one is in the pipeline and I suspect may be confirmed very soon, judging by recent trading patterns. Not only do the sales provide cash, they also verify the quality of the coal which is very good news for the longterm prospects of the power plant feasibility.They have spoken of a 30 year plan for the power plant. Roughly this equates to 5.8mt coal per year but let's be conservative and make that 1 million tonnes per year. At a profit of 10 dollars/t that would be 10 million dollars per year profit. This is not reflected in the MCAP whatsoever. MCAP should 10x current.The charts - any chart in fact, one year, five year, three months - all look like a rerate is in the offing.

Re: Twitter Well, the Twits see it at 1p..I don’t see that it’s moved out of the 0.5/0.6 range it’s been in for months, despite having a bit of luck as a local coal merchant.

Could all go quite quickly if the ducks start lining up.1. We are selling coal - it is good and commercial. Likelihood of anything going really t*ts up is now very very small. 2. Positive cashflow coming. No more funding rounds to dilute the company - how painful has it been up until now?3. More sales coming, buyers might even be keen to get deals in once proven. Rufus turning it into a sellers market.4. Expansion from here highly possible. More orders, more resources, more cashflow.5. BFS coming from Sinohydro. This is the icing on the cake really - the big kahoona. What is the likelihood that SH will fund the power plant and take a chunk of profit for it? Or easier still, just buy EDL.Good times ahead
