Re: Results Now that all the bad news is behind us hopefully, I think we can now look forward to better times ahead. The outlook appears positive and the prospect of Blackheath delivering a very substantial special dividend is mouth watering! So here's to the next trading statement.BtB

Re: Results The results look fair and going forward there appears to be more to come from the Display’s business. We should hear within the next 12 months if Greenwich Council decide to remove the MOL order. Because of the need for housing in London I believe there is very good chance that the MOL order being removed. With planning permission for 6 houses the land would be worth well over £5 million and that equals over 7p a share.

Results Prelim results to be released this week. GLA

Re: S.P. BtBWe know last year is okay because the company did give a trading up date in January. However hoping to hear the new product range (epaper) is starting to take off this year and would like to see some progress on the BH land when the final results are announced.

Re: S.P. Almost overnight this share has come alive.I agree either good news ahead or as you say possibly a large buyer in the wings or even a T/OA long way to go to meet my average of 10.7p but confidence in the Company is obviously returning. You timed your recent buys perfectly !BtB

Re: S.P. MM's have been after stock all week, wonder if there is a big buyer around.Up 1.125p = 20%.

S.P. Good to see the bid ticking up gradually and buyers re-appearing. Good news in the results possibly ?GLABtB

Re: Newcastle Lease BtBIf it had been south of the Tyne it would have been snapped up a long ago. It was costing the company £240k a year so £400k doesn’t seen too bad to clear the unit. I believe the unit has been reclassified from light industrial to leisure and the £400k maybe for alterations (Super Gym). The new tenant will now takeover the commitment. The loan from Peter G is to be settled within 12 months (repayment date up to 31 March 2016 ("Loan".The final results should be out soon, let’s see how things are going however the Jan trading statement looked positive. Hoping to see progress on the BH land this year.Lucky I bought a few more first thing on Thursday, 2 trades of 75k shares, one at 4p and the other at 4.4p. 150k shares at an average of 4.2p.After the final results are out Westhouse will gave an update and I believe they will up their forecast looking forward. I’ve got a good feeling this will be DSN year.HH.

Re: Newcastle Lease Some welcome news at last. Never appreciated the costs that keeping hold of the empty property were incurring. I wonder why no interest was shown by potential tenants.Anyway we can move forward now, annual results are due soon and there is always the possibility of a positive outcome re Blackheath. If the results show a growing order book and increasing profitability forecasts then I would hope to see a slow but steady rise to at least 10p in the s.p. by the year end.I think we all deserve it !GLA

Newcastle Lease Well, that seems to have gone down well!I've been worried recently, with the steady decline of the share price that there was bad news coming. Seeing the share price up 40% this morning was a welcome surprise!£400k (£436k with interest) seems a steep price to pay, but it's certainly preferable to paying the lease until 2020 and I don't know the particulars around the difficulties they've been having with sub-letting. The news certainly seems to have gone down well with the market and I'm happy to have the grey cloud over the share price removed. Here's hoping for some good results this year and a continued rise to the share price! Good luck all!

Re: Recovery - not Best wishes to you to.I hold shares in just two other companies, both oilies and you will appreciate their huge fall in value recently.I have to raise capital in the next quarter so my reliance on DSN to perform is important but like you I am optimistic that better times are ahead. As well as the Newcastle issue a decision on Blackheath must be due soon and if Densipaper takes off then a substantial rise in the s.p. is inevitable. It is just the lack of news that is so frustrating.Regards and good luckBtB

Re: Recovery - not BtBLet’s see what the trading statement is like, I feel positive about the Display’s business.Just wish they could get a tenant for the Newcastle Unit. It is located near the Tyne Tunnel about 7/8 miles from Newcastle City centre, it is a quite large modern unit.Have a good Christmas, I’m sure 2015 will be a good year for the company.Hillhead.

Re: Recovery - not I have spoken to Grahame Falconer and Tim Pearson who have both stated that all is well. that everyone is working hard to make the Company a sound profit and to resolve the Newcastle property issue.I suggested that a positive trading statement was issued to reassure Investors as the continuing fall in the S.P. was worrying. They said one was planned for early in the New Year. There are things bubbling away somewhere but the lack of news is of concern. How is Densipaper doing for instance?I agree that finding a tenant is vital.BtB

Re: Recovery - not It is frustrating and DSN appears out of favour with investors however that can change very quickly.Need to find a tenant for the Newcastle Unit.
